The communication of the delivery date…

The communication of the delivery date and time was excellent, and I received a call from the delivery men half an hour before they arrived. The delivery was on time, efficient and speedy and they tidied up and took away all the packaging. As an older person I would have preferred a little more clarity about the battery pack and its relationship to the adaptor and the controls, but it didn’t take me long to work it out once I’d had my furniture in my house for 24 hours!

The sales people indicated that the…

The sales people indicated that the sofa was available in all swatch colours but failed to say that there was an extra fee. The display also doesn't indicate prices or pricing. Even on completion of sale the additional price was not mentioned. Duplicitous is the only word which describes the staff. I didn't mind the extra price its that it was never referred to which I find unworthy and distrust.

I am very sorry to read about your experience in store and can completely understand how disappointing it must have been when you noticed this.

The furniture can be offered in a wide range of fabrics and leathers however the price does vary dependant on your choice. We do expect that the team explain this at the point of sale so that you are fully aware of all charges.
I apologise sincerely for any upset caused and have also passed your review over to the store to discuss this with you.

happy with our experience

sofas arrived in the predicted timeframe, delivery and assembly was quick, sofas are very comfy. customisation was fairly easy and salesmen were friendly
