Excellent service from first visit to store

From our first visit to the store, we had excellent service. Ryan was our salesman, not pushy at all, just let us wander about looking and when we finally arrived at a decision, we asked Ryan to help us out. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were kept informed about delivery by email. Delivery was on time and the two guys were very friendly/polite and put everything together quickly. Loving our new suite and very happy with SCS.

Staff in the store where great,Ordered…

Staff in the store where great,Ordered a suite in January for it to get delivered in may with a cushion wripped and stained.now I have got to wait 12 weeks for a replacement.surely it should have been checked before leaving the manufacturer

I am sorry to read about the concerns that have been raised with your furniture and can completely understand your frustration around this.
I can see that a service has been raised with the required parts placed on order so that this can be resolved.
As soon as the parts are ready you will be contacted for an appointment to be booked and the repair completed.

Outstanding patience and knowledge from start to finish! When I entered the store I had no idea what I was looking for. Aimee took the time to guide me in styles, fabric type and colour, and aftercare services. I have left the store very happy with my purchase and am eagerly awaiting my new sofas.
