We were impressed with our welcome to the store by Aziz but he preferred Az. We were then offered a coffee and accepted and then began to look. The store is very impressive and the wonderful aroma/scent was magnificent throughout. Az was very explicit in his descriptions about the manufacture of the products and the vast range of fabrics, leathers and colours. After discussions and sampling the goods we finally settled for the “OSSETT”the electric recliner 3 seater in the Macademia, dark beige in leather. So all in all we left very happy and hope to receive delivery in July 2026.

Callum was extremely helpful, however wasn’t pushy. Allowed us to browse at our own pace but was very informative.

I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Anthony was very good and I would leave him an excellent review.
The only complaint I would have is the price went up as soon as I said that I would buy the sofa! When I was looking it was 1600 and you could pay 100 a month for sixteen months. But when I went to buy the sofa it was 2232 pounds! If the extra was for the insurance then they should have said and made it clear at the start. It was a bit awkward.

The store was welcoming and there was an amazing range of sofas and colours of fabric. The store attendant was very helpful without being pushy, so much so that we did go back a week later when we knew he would be there to actually order it. They were very flexible on delivery options, so as yet we haven't received it, at our request.

The staff were very helpful, we were able to take our time choosing the right sofas for us. Thank you

Update to the below review - STILL NO STAIN KIT WHICH FORMED PART OF MY ORDER. I’ve paid for it, still not received, continue to be ignored by this ridiculous lack of customer service after spending three thousand pounds with the business.

ABSOLUTLEY APPALLING - AVOID!

Incredibly disappointing service and support from the DERBY SCS team at Kingsway Retail Park. I have paid for a stain removal kit and the delivery team didn’t bother to bring it with them, promised me it would be sent out in the post automatically - this didn’t happen. I have had to chase the team in Derby store (my only contacts) 4 times now. I’ve spent over £3000 on two sofas and they let the whole brand die because of one measley stain removal kit. Still no delivery date provided, nor confirmation of delivery at all. Incredibly poor and absolutley pathetic behaviour. Will post a new review each day on the current situation until I receive my kit.

I love my new sofabed and the sales team in store were great and helpful. However the delivery team were quite rude and grumpy. Also I ordered things to go on the feet of the sofa to move it easily on carpet. They didn't come with the delivery and I have had to phone 3 times to try and sort this. The aftercare and communication is not good.

Edit: I still haven't received the feet covers and it has been over 2 weeks since their reply promising I would receive them in 5-7 working days.

I would not recommend this company under any circumstances and I If i could give it 0 stars I would ,I paid over £3k in April 25 for a Italian Leather corner sofa ,the base has collapsed and it's akin to sitting on a bean bag ,leather stretched now ,having contactEd after care 6 photos requested ,on reply lack of customer maintenance, the cushions are fixed they cannot be turned ,was advised to move places more often, so if all four seats had been used all 4 bases would be damaged ,no visit end of case ,I've had a independent assessment with a Upholsterer of 45 years experience, his view is incorrect/ lack of foam ,and no barrier in between webbing and foam ,the case is in the hands of the Ombudsman,I have joined a scs complaints group and this problem is rife ,if I have no joy with Ombudsman I'm going to small claims courts! order number 1000173587

Delivered on time with plenty of correspondence prior to the delivery time . Nice friendly lads, put chair in place and made sure I was happy with it before they left.
