We have not received our sofa bed yet, but the experience in the shop was perfect. Jerry answered all our questions, explained everything in detail and was more than helpful and professional. I will come back with the product experience. The shop experience was absolutely great and Jerry's help was greatly appreciated.

Staff extremely helpful and if they didn’t know the answer, there was always someone around who did.

I brought a ex display corner sofa and Jerry in Purley way Croydon was so nice and friendly didn't rush me so helpful.
Then came the delivery and the men was a nightmare tryed the corner piece could not get it in the front door was not going to even try the other 2 parts just said the whole sofa will not go in after a few phone calls they ended up getting just 1 piece in the shay's long bit.
They left the other 2 pieces outside and went.
But Craig from Croydon saved the day he arranged for a lovely guy called Ryan to come in at 9pm at night after working all day finished at 10.30 dismantled the 2 units and got them in the house
So a big thank you Craig and Ryan

Very helpful , to meet my needs of what I wanted

I was greeted when I entered the store, asked what I was looking for, guided in the right direction and then left to browse. No pushy sales tactics just the odd helpful comment. I managed to confuse myself and was about to throw in the towel when the lovely chap that I’d first seen popped up and sorted me out so to speak! I was glad of his help at that point. Decision made and I ordered the sofas. Can’t say more than that regarding delivery as I’ve not got them yet.

Delivery time kept on changing a bit awkward when trying to change my arrangements or appointments or work commitments, but care was taken with the delivery of my goods

Excellent service right from the off. Received delivery date and true to their word they delivered on time with the install of 2 sofas taking no longer than 15 minutes.

I would like to give a big thanks to the Team that were in the store in the day I was there. In particular to Clayton for his caring consideration as I was feeling unwell and he was able to assist me with some fruit to help raise my glucose levels. I would also like to give a big thanks to Michael who took me through all my questions and concerns and explained how the products details and where the sofa would be made. The vibe in the shop was very relaxed and that allowed me to feel relaxed and look at the products until I made my final choice. Thank you all at Purley way branch.

Absolutely shocking service from the get go. We were made to feel like we were a problem and we didn't know what we were doing. The salesman was not helpful at all and his attitude was the worst I've ever seen in customer service. The lead time for a sofa was catered to his commission and when we said we weren't sure we would go ahead he just got up and walked off! Apparently the best salesman in the region, if that's the case this is extremely worrying for the new brand which is just SCS.

The sofa is wonderful and I’m pleased with it but I must say a 4 month wait from
Ordering is not ideal .
This is the second sofa I’ve purchased from Poltronesofa , the first one I ordered instore and had several
Problems and found the staff instore rather difficult to deal with , this time I ordered online and had a question about my order , I popped into the store to be greeted friendly etc and willing to help, however as soon as the BBC agent found out I ordered online his tone totally changed and didn’t want to know .
So once again should I need another sofa il order online as the staff instore are not willing to go above. And beyond unless they benefit from the commission .

Very well set out store and able to browse at my leisure also a very helpful assistant, unfortunately I can't remember their names. Delivery earlier than quoted and kept me informed. All in all it was very professional

The guys arrived on time, they came to look at the area first then brought the chairs in fitted them beautifully and all the time being very pleasant and respectful.

Good service and professional staff

Good delivery time notifications, friendly men and took care in our home.

Came in last Sunday and saw Peter, who was extremely helpful and patient with us. Eventually we ordered 2 sofa’s but on returning home we realised the one of them would not fit into the room.
Subsequently I called the showroom on Monday to cancel one of them, but will come into the showroom in the next few weeks to look at a smaller one that will fit.
I am looking forward to delivery of my one new sofa, and did take the extended warranty offered as it seems a really good deal.

A really great showroom with an enormous selection of sofas and chairs. The young salesman greeted us at the door, he was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the product. So looking forward to my new recliner in the coming months .
