The delivery drivers were very polite and efficient

We had such a wonderful time with Hannah! From the moment we stepped into the store. She greeted us with such genuine warmth. Hannah knew everything we needed to know about the suites in store. She gave us great advice and because of that, because of Hannah, we were fully committed to buying a suite from the store, it was just a question of which one. We selected a beautiful suite and left the store feeling so well looked after. Thank you Hannah. We miss you already. Also, the coffee was awesome!

The salesman was helpful in finding the right sofa for my needs.
Once purchased the salesman gave me an idea of the timeframe for delivery.
Then received a message to give me a provisional delivery date however I was easily able to rearrange it for a more convenient date. The day before I was given a time frame and On the day I was kept updated with the time of delivery and was able to track the drivers as they were on their way.

I recommend to all friends, amazing product and service from all staff.

I have recently moved to Leeswood near Mold in North Wales. I had a thought in my mind for a recliner sofa but had no time to look for it. I was visiting Greyhound Retail Park in Chester and show Poltronesofa store I thought I will check it out, I remembered the advert on tv Poltronesofa with Italian touch.
As I entered the store I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman called Steve he was very polite asked me what I was looking for. I explained.
I was only looking did not plan to buy anything, Steve was very patient and helpful he showed me all different kinds of recliner sofas and He got me a lovely cup of coffee. He showed me a displayed sofa 2 seater recliner and it was so comfortable and the price was right and I was going to buy one anyway, so I ended up buying it .
I was very happy with my purchase and was very happy with Steve's help we shake hands and I left the store with a big smile on my face.
I will definitely recommend the store to my friends and family.

The salesman was very helpful explained how the company works and the different fabrics. When explained everything to us he then left us to have a look around the shop. We decided on 2 recliner chairs . He was very helpful.
