Good quality suite delivered within the 3 month order window.
We did not want a recliner settee but where told could not guarantee a fixed 3 seater would get through a standard front door so payed extra for recliner.
Only to be told by the delivery driver that the fixed one come in with backs that click on same as recliner model feel a bit ripped off with the salesman he should know the products he is selling or it it a sales pitch to get extra money out of the customer.

Excellent communication, about delivery and time, also able to track the delivery on the day. James and Lewis delivered our sofas with care and took away all the packing. They were professional throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Poltronesofa.

I received my sofas ahead of the expected delivery time and the delivery was efficient and on time .
The staff in store were friendly and helpful as were the delivery team .

Very helpful though would have liked to take fabric sample home to check the colour other companies allow this.
Charlee was very helpful and professional and knew all about sofas etc she explained everything and when we returned to order I had my grandson with us and she was extremely accommodating and also made us a coffee.

I was welcomed straight away by a lovely girl Lily if I remember. She could not have been more helpful, letting me try all different chairs. She did not rush me, everything was at my pace. I loved that we could see everything, it is such a lovely friendly shop.

Good service, good delivery service, good furniture

I knew it was a mistake to "Just have a look around the store" From the moment we stepped inside the quality slaps you in the face in the way its all laid out. Then a nice young lady showed us around and demonstrated the features of any units that we found particularly interesting. Before we left we had decided which units we wanted. A rather long awaited delivery time. But worth the wait. The two young men seemed to be pleased we were ready. Every thing was moved into another room, which was vacuumed ready for them. I suggested they used the window as it was straight into the right room, and, as big as the door ways. less than an hour and they were fitted together and ready to use after a small demonstration of the recliner and heater units. We found All the staff, pleasant and helpful. We would definitely be happy to recommend them to anyone who would listen.

The store assistant lily made the experience of buying a new sofa after having ours more than 20 years so easy. Her knowledge and listening skills were amazing meaning we purchased the right furniture for our needs. Thank you Lily! Karen and Scott

Salesman so pleasant and helpful

The colour of the sofa in the showroom under spotlight was nothing like the colour situated in my sitting room with natural light or artificial light in the evening.
A fabric sample was not provided so carpets, curtains and other soft furnishings were sought based on the colour seen.
After sales service was very poor, bouncing between the showroom and head office, eventually referring me to the soft furnishings ombudsman. According to the feedback form fabric samples are available!
