I took my laptop into our local computer repair shop for a screen replacement. The first screen they ordered took 5 days to arrive and was defective. The second never arrived after 6 days and the vendor was not responding to contact attempts. I contacted the laptop manufacturer who said that a replacement would take 6-8 weeks. Out of frustration, I searched the internet and found ScreenCountry. I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. The replacement screen arrived on time and my laptop was back in my hands in 3 days from the date I ordered. Great service, great product!

Worst customer service I've seen.
They blamed how I sent back their product. It was damaged while being sent back and they blamed it on me. I sent it back the same way it was sent. Just bad overall experience.

Arrived much faster than it would've if I'd ordered from Amazon, as they had the screen I was looking for in a warehouse nearby. As a result, I didn't have to wait over the weekend for Canada Post to come around with my screen.

There was glitch that caused the order to not get a label printed for shipping. I called the day before it was estimated to arrive as it still had not shipped and they immediately got it shipped and it arrived the very next day as originally promised.

after purchasing 2 of the same model and confirming they were capatible, they clearly were not. Before you point fingers that I did something, my damaged screen still works. Very unlike the nothing I got from the supposed compatible ones. Also all specs matched.
