Replaced my Dell 15" 5000 Inspiron…

Replaced my Dell 15" 5000 Inspiron original screen. Apparently, it wasn't a premium display. When I replaced it with this unit, I chose the unit with the IPS LED layout. Wow, I'm glad I did, the display is stunning (like Mac quality)!!

Vastaus yritykseltä ScreenCountry Inc

ScreenCountry.com guarantees a working replacement LCD or your money back!

Customer placed an order on our website for an LCD model number N173HGE-E11, while their original LCD is N173HGE-L11. Simple mistake: E11 instead of L11, however that resulted in dispatch of a display with an incorrect video connector.

Customer contacted us about the mismatch and we provided a free return label for the unneeded screen. A refund was issued upon return. Customer reordered the correct LCD and received it shortly there after.

We paid the costs for the customer's explicit mistake, despite that, the customer is still under the impression that no mistake took place on their part and that our company is trying to deceive them for some reason or another.
