Excellent service with rapid response to all of my inquiries. I mistakenly ordered the wrong replacement screen for my laptop. After receiving the screen and realizing my error, I contacted ScreenCountry via their online helpdesk. They immediately emailed me a postpaid return shipping label. I shipped back the screen, and two days later my credit card payment was reimbursed. I couldn't ask for better service than that!
