Scott Findlay Arvostelua

We are fortunate to have the services of an excellent plumbing and gas services company. Our elderly gas boiler is serviced annually By Scott Findlay with a clear pricing policy. At a recent service we also needed a thermostatic valve replaced. The workmen are always efficient, polite and courteous.
i have no hesitation in recommending Scott Findlay.

On time, professional, thorough, super clean and respectful. Local, too, which is why we hired them in the first place. We’ve used them for 10 years now and the team is always spot on, year after year. Blue shoes on, answer all our questions, we’re happy customers and would recommend.

Have used twice and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. On both occasions each engineer that’s visited was punctual, did the job efficiently and cleaned up after them reinstating what they needed to (the last time involved unscrewing various kitchen shelves to get access and put them all back together). Will happily use again.

Turned up on time with text notice of any hold ups.
Nice plum
Nice plumbers who sorted out the work effectively

I always use Scott Findlay for boiler service and any other boiler related issues. They are professional and competent. Always helpful where you call them and the engineers are friendly and respectful. I wouldn’t have anyone else.

Excellent as always.
Good communication and much recommended

The company were a great help in finding the control unit that met my needs. The service engineer turned up on time and did a very clean job.

I was kept in touch by text when the engineer was on his way. He serviced the boiler as requested and was very efficient and professional and friendly. He was an interesting person and I had full confidence in his work. He was tidy and answered any questions I had. Thank you.

Scott Findlay are a great company to deal with. I will always use them for any gas heating work or servicing. They always arrive on time and everything is always left very tidy after they have done the work. All carried out at a very reasonable cost too. i would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Scott Findlay to any of my friends and I already have done so.

Fantastic company kept in touch throughout the process of installing a new boiler and lovely engineers very polite and cleaned up afterwards. Also a lovely lady in the office who took payment and she kept me up to date with it all. Really professional and happy to help with anything

Arrived on time.
Very efficient and comprehensive service carried out, highlighting some faults with the installation, which have been addressed.

The technician that came to service my boiler was very professional and helpful.

Engineer arrived early, was very efficient and provided photographic evidence of parts.

Helpful professional staff.
Punctual and cleaned up after the job was finished.
Booking process was easy and received communication at each step.

Once again, my sister and I were delighted with the recent work carried out by Scott Findlay. The engineer who replaced the tap, fitments and disintegrating back plate in the sink in our upstairs shower room was friendly, efficient and professional (as were his colleagues) and the area was left in a clean and tidy condition.
Scott Findlay have completed several jobs for us over the past few years and we have always been very satisfied with the end result. We would be very happy to use Scott Findlay again and to recommend the company to other potential customers.

Reliant and very pleasant and helpful . Especially for someone who is not as able as they used to be. Not only serviced boiler but checked cooker and fire..
He gave advice that fire was not safe to use and has put a label on it
