All staff helpful and courteous which is why we have used this company for at least 10 years .
Very helpful office staff. Appointment reminder and engineer arrived on tim e, wore overshoes and was polite and worked quickly and neatly.

Friendly and reliable
I find Scott Findlay to be a friendly and reliable company. They are responsive by phone and email, considerate when in the house and very clear about costs when quoting for additional work.

Happy to have new Plumber in my phone book.
Had a trusted plumber for many years who is no longer with us. Always a hard time trying to source a reliable replacement, but thankfully speaking to friends and neighbours, it was Scott Findlays name who was the one that many recommended.
I rang up, and from the first call to end of job, I was more than happy with their professionalism,courteous staff and standard of work.
Cant recall name of plumber who gave quotes, but Ryan did great job at finishing work.
