Very unpleasant experience with this shop
Order number: 2623238
I have been left very unsatisfied with this retailer as I had to pay big sum for return from Ireland. So I can't recommend this shop for buying shoes from abroad as more then likely you will end up sending your purchase back because the sizes are not stated in centimeters in their website which makes it difficult to know which size you need, all manufactures make sizes different. There are a lot of other shops which accept free returns even from abroad.

Superb!
I found this shop a couple of years ago and just realized I haven't bought shoes elsewhere since then, so I figured I'd go write a review and share my experience.
They offer amazing and varied selection of products of generally high quality brands like Lloyd, Santoni, Magnanni and so on. There's no discount products which I really like - a 40€ pair of shoes is usually more expensive than a 150€ pair which can last a decade. Prices are great and shipping costs very cheap (I pay only 5€ to Denmark).
Their website is easy to navigate and things are sorted in useful categories with equally useful filters available, so I can always find what I'm looking for.
All my orders were quickly dispatched and I've had no problems whatsoever.
I've once had to return a pair of boots as the size didn't fit me. The return process was very smooth, speedy and professional. A clear and concise return sheet was included with the shipment, very convenient. They didn't have the size I needed in stock so I was refunded in a few days.
I'll continue to get my footwear here until I need a pair of Meindl which seems to be the only brand I'm missing in their selection - but that's my only "complaint".
