I had a brilliant experience with SBS, totally unexpectedly. After my claim was approved by my insurers, it was passed to SBS to deal with. I got a call the next day from someone who was really helpful and clear with the process, and really friendly in the way he dealt with the situation. I was expecting everything to be difficult and complicated, but this really wasn't, and left me feeling really valued as a customer. Good stuff.

MRS J WALTERS. 901311. Fatima was patient, polite and easy to talk to. There was no pressure while I gathered photographic evidence and documents. The whole process was dealt with calmly and efficiently in one phone call, within hours of submitting a claim.

Fast and efficient service, great customer service, Dan listen with understanding speak with a re-assuring tone knowing how important is it to replace valuable item after an accident.

The whole experience was just so easy! I filed a claim, it was assigned to a handler who contacted me within hours even though it was said within 24-48hrs. I then gave all the photo evidence requested and invoice etc and it was explained what the process was (again told another 24-48hrs)… and about an hour later I was contacted by my case handler (Michael) who confirmed that it had been settled and issued me with a voucher for curry’s, including delivery fees and gave me the details of the like for like tv to purchase! This was all so fast and seamless.. all sorted within a matter of hours!.. I didn’t even think to claim for the damage via my home insurance until someone suggested it and I’m so glad I did!! Thank you so much Mike and SBS! I would highly recommend!

I can’t rate Katie highly enough she has been very professional and sympathetic to my situation she went through everything with me efficiently and speedily during an upsetting time. I did not want it prolonging she also contacted me in the time she told me she would.

I would like to comment on both the speed and professionalism of Felix Henderson in regard to my claim (ref: 897403).
It was a somewhat complicated one, and it involved a very personal item (lost wedding ring), but Felix handled everything incredibly quickly and thoroughly, and arranged everything perfectly.
Although I hope to never have to claim again, if I do I hope it is Felix who is sorting out my claim.

Fabulous experience from start to finish with Vicki Telford. Time frame for my ring repair was met & she was very attentive at every stage of the process. So pleased my insurance company used SBS.

Very disappointed in this company .They have scheduled 3 dates for a camera to be picked up by courier and I have taken annual leave from my work .Each time they have assured me it will be picked up and it hasn’t .Dont really know where to go from here .

I appreciated the sensitivity in how my claim was handled by Fatima. Throughout the whole process she allowed me time to come to terms with the shock of loosing precious and sentimental items.Her guidance and patience was kindness in itself. Also she was always mindful of my hearing loss issues and spoke slowly and clearly to me at all times. She made a very difficult time as easy as possible in what have been very upsetting circumstances.

Right from the start Daniel made me feel at ease, he was very pleasant, polite and informative on the whole process of making the claim. The full telephone conversation lasted approximately 20 minutes and at the end of the conversation my e-voucher was ready. I have never made a claim before and expected it to be quite a lengthy process, Daniel talked me through every aspect of the procedure. Thank you so much for your patience.
