Amy was absolutely superb at helping me with my insurance claim. Both her organisation and Saga have dealt with the claim with admirable efficiency and speed. Amy was helpful, empathetic and very clear about next steps.

I have had to claim for items of jewellery that have been lost and, having not ever claimed for jewellery before, was a little anxious about doing so. I am insured via NatWest, but they contract out jewellery claims to SBS.
I made the claim on Friday 28th August, and NatWest passed it on to SBS later that day. On Tuesday Katie Cox from SBS contacted me (claim ID 902271), and it was all sorted within 2 days. Katie was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. I will strongly recommend SBS as a result.

After I was referred to SBS by my insurer, I was contacted the following morning and had a professional conversation where the claim process was explained to me, and what supporting evidence I needed to provide to SBS. This I did the following day and I was contacted within minutes of the email being sent. On this conversation I set out my expectations for the replacement TV. The SBS professional pointed out that my suggestion was not actually appropriate as it was deficient in its audio and suggested a model up which we settled on. I applaud the speed and subject matter knowledge of SBS but mostly their fair approach which is refreshing in current times

I lost my wedding ring a month ago throwing wood into a council skip. The ring was 48 years old and I wasn't sure how this could be replaced. I contacted my insurance company, Hastings Insurance, and after the initial process, they transferred me to SBS Claims where I spoke with Felix Henderson.

He was very professional seeking ways of replacing my ring and eventually we agreed on having it remade. He quoted me my reference number 897866 and asked if I could see a local jeweller to get the ring size for my finger.

I passed the information back onto Felix and he advised the ring would be remade and sent onto me when completed.

Today my ring arrived within 10 days and it was really well done and professionally made.

This was my first time having to ever claim on insurance in my life. At first I was really nervous, expecting to have a battle about what had happened (my TV decided to fall off the wall while we were on a trip, despite being up for some months).. Amy was so nice to deal with and everything was settled within a day or two, we took a Currys voucher and it was a perfectly reasonable value to be able to get an equivalent TV. We were actually able to chip in a little extra and get a slight upgrade on the TV that we had, which was 6 years old, so now we have a TV with the latest webOS and can enjoy cloud gaming or netflix games on it. Amy was so good to deal with though, super polite, really reassuring and caring and took ownership of our case from start to finish. She's a credit to the business. Thanks again Amy :)

Rachel was fantastic from initial call to sending the settlement. After a serious crash on my road bike she took time to support and deal with me whilst suffering with a pretty bad concussion.

Rachel was knowledge and clearly understood the issues facing with my bike and kit and was clearly able to discuss the concerns I had and pose questions linked to my bike and kit which showed she was clearly good at her job.

I received a call from Michael to settle the claim and it was done was very quickly and he was great to deal with.

Following my claim 887212, SBS Insurance's team and specially Melanie Rochester did a superb work by replacing a very precious bracelet that was given to me by my parents and grand-parents 40years ago and that I had lost recently. She took the time to understand how it looked like, with photos and my description and all the team did a superb job of design and creation. And the new security tie is an extra comfort for me. I am more than thrilled. A priceless memory turned into a priceless jewellery I wear everyday
