Mobile App not logging on with Biometric or 6 Digit Pin.
First, I was put through straight away to technical support as requested, no wait, no music.
Second, support was a real knowledgable person, not AI as I am seeing more and more and getting frustrated with such support methods which usally end up taking much longer.
Finally Anne provided great support to resolve the issue efficiently, it was not trivial and Anne used all resources available to get my solution fixed quickly. Thanks for the great, in person, support.

I had trouble accessing my banking app…
I had trouble accessing my banking app after renewing my phone and also requested advice on transferring my savings to an instant access savings account .
Ann Marie offered excellent advice and help. She was professional, patient and very efficient.

There was nobody at the desk when I arrived at the Santander Cafe. I asked the girl in cafe if she knew where staff were. She voluntarily went away and found someone who saw me soon after that. She was very friendly and helpful in opening a Saver account.

Another great visit to Santander
Good afternoon Santander.
On my second visit to your branch in two days, I needed to resolve a problem using my online banking, or at least I thought I had online banking, which it turned out I didn't.
Bev was at the counter as I entered the branch and said she would be more than happy to help me as she was free.
Bev was amazing, very professional, very knowledgeable and assisted me in setting up my online banking account, she also helped me set up an additional Easy Saver account for my wife.
Yet again I have been amazed at the quality of staff at this branch.
