High level of personal attention to detail.
Since I started making a record of all telephone calls that I have made to the Bank since I opened an account, I have been helped by Anu on at least five occasions. She always remembers who I am and why I bank with Santander. She is always professional and efficient, deals with my questions and requests speedily, provides advice which is useful, with an appropriate degree of familiarity of my banking needs. At the same time, she asks how I am etc. and this makes the whole conversation a lot more akin to a personal relationship manager.

I upgraded my phone and lost my Santander app and didn’t know how to get it back. I called into the Santander work cafe and saw Ann-Marie who got me up and running in 5 minutes flat. She was very professional and approachable. Great job done.
