My client needed a conference room…
My client needed a conference room urgently due to no power in their building. I emailed the Santander team and Anne-Marie Clucas late at night and she emailed back first thing the following morning to say we had the room for an extended period of time and it was all booked with times and where to go.
Fantastic service and we were able to fulfil what we needed to do.
The Santander Work Cafe is my go to for meetings, catch ups and great coffee! Thanks Anne-Marie!

Very helpful staff
Bev has been helping my brother and me through the power of attorney process for our mother and then after Mum's death with advice and help over Mum's Santander accounts.

My experience at the work café today was made so easy with the assistance of Bev who made it so pleasant and she was beyond patient as I’m fairly elderley and not au fait with all the procedures of going online which she explained for me and in the nicest of ways , a credit to the bank .

Re investing
I was looking to re invest savings held in my Santander account. When I called into my branch without an appointment I was seen promptly . The staff member was courteous and helpful.
A range of options were described to me and the process of transferring funds was very easy.

Went to the work cafe for a coffee with a friend and we’d recently opened accounts at Santander Intl. I looked at the website and we were comparing interest rates to our other bank where I decided I’d ask to have an instant saver account. Went to the counter and saw Bev who opened the account there and then. Bev could see my easy saver interest was being paid into my Gold account and asked if I wanted it redirected to the new instant saver account or to keep it as it was. I asked her to switch it to the saver account. She advised she’d have to have that request authorised but that she’d ensure it was done the same day. My new account was showing in my app and I’d had confirmation the interest had already been switched by the time I got back to the car! Outstanding service and so glad I opened accounts with Santander Int’l
