Anniemarie was amazing. Very good customer service. Went to the Santander Cafe around lunch time and she was very good. Had some cash in the Gold account and she suggested having the cash in a savings account. This was the first time an officer explained to me this product existed. Well done Annmarie, you are amazing.

Daisy - Santander work cafe
I recently went into the Santander Work Café in Douglas after I’d been struggling to get the right type of bank account opened, and Daisy was honestly so helpful. She was an absolute wealth of information, explained everything really clearly and did all the paperwork with me, which made the whole process so much easier than I’d expected.
She also took the time to tell me all about the Work Café itself and the free workspaces that are available to use, which I genuinely had no idea about and will definitely make use of in the future.
Such a lovely experience from start to finish. Daisy was friendly, knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful. It’s so nice to actually come away from a bank feeling like someone has properly taken the time to help you. Thank you Daisy! 😊

A REAL PERSON!

I phoned and spoke to Anu who was very helpful and informative and who sorted the best option immediately. Even though I bank online it's a huge asset to be able to speak easily to an accounts manager without having to go via Mars as happens in other banks. Job done and I'm a happy customer.
