We own 2 flats for letting in Ilford since 2002. We used four letting agents between 2002 and 2013. Since 2013 we have used Sandra Davidson Estate Agents in Redbridge as our letting agents. Over the 13 year period we have found them excellent to deal with. The staff are courteous and very efficient. They have provided us with a consistently exceptional service over many years and I would have no hesitation in recommending them as Letting Agents.

The word "thanks" feels inadequate to express my gratitude. The entire team was well-organized and kept us updated about new properties. I have not seen any other agents who have such great listings. Also I must say about Brother Rizwan who was extremely supportive, to secure a property for us even he booked viewing without my concerns which truly amazed us. I must say, people will hardly find a person like brother Rizwan. Moreover, the entire team was very helpful.

We cannot recommend the Sandra Davidson team at Seven Kings more highly. The team here were superb in selling our property, from the initial valuation from Nitan, through to Asad, Riz, and Zaid marketing and selling our property and Lesley who got us through exchange and completion. All were professional, friendly and very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way.
Our only regret is not going with Sandra Davidson in the first place.

Even, when we dropped our keys off, the great customer service kept going with Zaid offering us takeaway coffees knowing our coffee machine was packed away!

The Sandra Davidson Estate Agents- professional, sound business knowledge and good flow of communication.

A bit annoying conversation in the beginning until get the property viewing booked! But when we went to seek the flat for rent NO agent appears on the place, and we was told from current tenants (who supposed to leave day before the property) that they are not moving until the end of the month and the next tenants already done the agreement! Very disappointing customer service and waisted time for us!

We found our beautiful new home with the help of Mr Rizwan. He helped us through the process and we couldn’t be any happier. I highly recommend this Sandra Davidsons branch for anyone in seven kings looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you Mr Rizwan 😊

After having a sale fall through, Sandra Davidson managed to get me a new offer very promptly. They were helpful, supportive and did their best at all times.
