Imagine Living Arvostelua

Sosi was brilliant all the way through the purchase process. She kept us in the picture, and was great at liaising between all parties. She answered all our questions promptly and knew exactly whom to contact for what. We are so grateful to her for all her help and support.

I had a fantastic experience with Justina from Imagine Living, who helped me secure my new rental flat. From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing and made the whole process so much easier and less stressful.

Justina was honest, professional, kind, and incredibly responsive throughout. She always kept me informed, answered my questions promptly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her honesty and transparency really stood out, and I always felt that she genuinely cared about helping me find the right place.

It’s rare to come across someone who combines such professionalism with genuine kindness and patience. Justina went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and I’m truly grateful for all her help and support.

Thank you, Justina, for making the experience such a positive one! I would highly recommend her and Imagine Living to anyone looking for a rental property. Excellent service from beginning to end! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The house moving process pre & post The Event is tremendously stressful & unrelenting on so many levels! Sosi at Imagine Living was and remained singularly extraordinary - demonstrating customer care & expertise skills of the highest level! She truly supported & navigated in so many ways - Thank You Sosi.
We also found Chelsea at the Aftercare Team very supportive & helpful when raising issues of concerns.
Unfortunately, we’re still awaiting the delivery of services in any responsible or measurable way from the Localities, Estates & Customer Service Teams - very disappointing to-date! They simply don’t respond to or address any issues or concerns raised by Residents! Terribly unprofessional & uncaring!

Moving to the new home is a stressful experience. Thankfully, Imagine Leaving team, especially Sosi, was there to help through all process. Sosi was very accommodating and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, that looking now, she made all process easy and smooth. Once more big Thank You

I got to know about SNG homes from my friend who resided in the same building and was being told about asking guidance through Justina to contact about the flat rental at atrium. Since then I was in contact with Justina . Now recently after a year, me and my family were able to rent out the new flat at atrium point. She appeared to be very hardworking and very professional . She provided all the right information a new tenant needs to know, guided through till we rented the flat along with Lombe. Thank you.💐

I had a wonderful experience with Sosi as my agent—she was incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming from the very beginning, making the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. Her hospitality truly stood out, as she took the time to understand my needs and ensured I felt supported throughout. The house she showed me was absolutely immaculate, with every room spotless, fresh, and beautifully presented, clearly maintained to a very high standard. I’m very grateful for her professionalism and genuine kindness, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and thoughtful agent.

I did not have a chance to apply but found it quite disappointing as even though my earnings may seem low to them!!!! I am currently paying for a studio in London 1000 including bills in this day and age .. affordable rent is highly discriminative the lady was mildly polite as well it is what it is in London with such high rents...I can afford the rent but it's the people who are the problem who are offering these properties.

Nina and Sosi provided an excellent service throughout the sale of a shared ownership property. They remained professional, responsive, and attentive at every stage.

Communication was clear and consistent, and they ensured progress was maintained while keeping everything well managed. Their support and guidance during more complex moments were particularly valuable.

Overall, a highly professional service from start to finish, and one that would be highly recommended.
