Terrible service, still haven't received the item I ordered over 4 weeks ago

Great customer service. Found pram online and was not sure on availability and when I would expect delivery. The call was answered promptly and information given on back order and expected date of delivery a few weeks later. Twin pram ect arrived exactly on the estimated time. Perfect service. Thank you.

Very prompt response and delivery times. I had an issue with one item within my order being damaged and they arranged collection and delivery of a replacement within days of me noticing. Really good value, will definitely be ordering again

Excellent service and delivery within a couple of days.

Ordered on 25th June, still no update. I have emailed customer service and sent a message on Instagram but no reply. They are active on social media posting stories. Unacceptable. Have no idea how to cancel and get a refund if they are not engaging with me.

Lovely Joie pram bundle, for a great price - my son and daughter-in-law are thrilled with it! The only fly in the ointment was the carrier, who delivered 2 separate boxes on 2 separate days. There was no indication of this on the tracking, which showed a completed delivery after only 1 box.

Bought a moses basket and it has a really weird smell. You couldnt put a baby in it with that smell. Dont recommend

Poor customer service. Never got back to me about a simple query I had regarding delivery. Eventually emailed me back after following up my own email threatening to cancel my order. Delivery took an additional week from the date they told me in that email. Wouldn't use this company again

I placed an order on Friday afternoon and my items were delivered on Monday morning , I did have a small issue which I rang up about and this was resolved straight away , fantastic customer service and couldn’t be happier with my purchase .

Ordered a pram from here and we were able to delay the delivery as we were heading on holiday without a problem. Phoned when we needed it delivered and they quickly had it delivered within a few days.

Ordered a pram local to me in Dublin to be emailed 2 weeks before delivery to advise me they didn’t have the colour in stock, after some research and finding Samuel Johnston and reading the good reviews I phoned to ask had they stock a lovely man answered I think maybe Sam and was so helpful. He advised he would check stock and call me back. 10 minutes later he phoned back to let me know they had 1 in stock for express delivery and he made it available on the website for me.

The pram was actually €200 cheaper with Samuel Johnston.

The pram was shipped the next day and received by dpd the following day, a total of 2 days from ordering.

DPD did only arrive with one box and I reached out to Samuel Johnston who emailed back near enough straight away to say a different driver had the second box, this arrived later in the day.

I couldn’t recommend Samuel Johnston enough from start to finish buggy arrived secure in the boxes and the staff are so lovely to deal with, I’d travel from Dublin to visit the stop without hesitation and will definitely order again! Thanks guys for saving the day for me during such a stressful time 🥰

Found what we thought was a great bargain for a stroller that we had our eye on. Purchased the stroller set and splashed out on a few other bits for the baby seeing as we saved so much on the stroller.

Followed up after about 10 days and received no response. Two days later we got an automated response to say that the order was cancelled as they did not have the stock. This was on Friday the 9th of May. As of Monday the 12th of May the set is still up on the website but conveniently €100 more expensive.

I followed up with another email and still have had no response. Poor company. Would not recommend as they can not be relied on and don’t even have the decency to respond to their customers queries. Would recommend to avoid at all costs. Don’t waste your time.
