Purchased an 8 piece pushchair bundle. Samuel Johnston had the best price on the internet including an additional discount code. The service and delivery were excellent. Delivery to the mainland within a couple of days. Quicker than most deliveries! Communication was first class. I would definitely purchase from this supplier again.

I ordered the items over the weekend. Everything was sent on Monday. On Wednesday, the package was already at my house. I'm happy.

On the website the item I ordered said it would be delivered within 2 weeks, but a month passed and I received nothing. After nudging the company twice (the first email was ignored) they said the item was delayed by a month. When they finally sent the item, they sent the wrong thing. Not even close, a completely different brand. When I complained I received a pathetic £10 store credit voucher (the item I ordered was over £200). Now I have no word on how long it will take to receive the correct item. Item can only be used for 6 months so is rapidly losing its usefulness. Will absolutely not be using this company again.

Very quick Delivery, and I purchased the WeGo Playmarket shopping trolly which was a good Price ( cheaper than a certain on line site that begins with A) The Playmarket Trolleys are hard to purchase in the UK, and was looking to replace my old one, had never seen this site before but I checked that it was legit (it was, and had good reviews ) and went with it. I would recommend this company. Very pleased and happy with my purchase, thank you Samuel Johnston.

I ordered a joie all stages car seat and I am very happy about the service! Good quality for money and very fast delivery! The only problem I had was that I ordered a "baby on board" car sign and it didn't came with the order! I contacted the company and waiting forbresponse! Otherwise I would definitely recommend!

I purchased a buggy/car seat/ accessories bundle from Samuel Johnson a couple of weeks ago. I had been dealing with another store who had a price match guarantee but who, when I sent on the info for Samuel Johnson, advised I should go with that deal as they would be significantly move expensive. I went ahead and ordered and the following day received the delivery of my full order so was delighted. I also availed of their customer service who came back to me within 24hrs.

The ordering process was great and easy to complete. We also got a lovely saving using a discount code.

I thought we would have to wait weeks for delivery but it was very quick.

We received tracking number so was able to see where our order was. Thank you

Great prices and items exactly as described.
The reason for 4 stars is that I had to contact customer services because my item didn't arrive within the 14 days and it took a couple of attempts before they got back to me.
I would definitely shop here again

I bought the Joie signature Finiti Flex pram bundle for a fantastic price. I also loved that it could be held until a convenient time for me to pick it up and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. When picking up my pram, the gentleman brought it straight out to the car for me and was so easy & straight forward

Very unhappy with the mattress. Would never recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all cost.

VERY POOR AFTER-SERVICE! Our Buggy had a fault so they said they would report it to the manufacturer I complained in December, Chased it up January and February said they where still waiting. Turns out they didn't even contact them. I contacted the manufacturer directly and got a replacement within days. They don't answer messages just a really poor rude bad mannered company.

As always a 5 star experience. We have bought all our prams car seats etc from here and most recently got anothe joie car seat after being in a road traffic collision. The staff were friendly and helpful and fitted the car seat for us and took packaging away, they just make decisions on best seat and purchasing so easy.

Visited the showroom having looked online and had a great experience. The Salesman spent 45mins-1hour with us, gave us demonstrations and answered any questions we had. After going home to mull our options over, we placed our order and the showroom have offered to keep the items until nearer the time of baby's arrival which is super helpful. Can't recommend them enough.

Purchased my little boys Joie pram bundle over 4 years ago from Samuel Johnston, and just recently purchased a brand new Candy bundle plus extras for our newest arrival! I purchased an "Osann, Lupo 2 isofix carseat" from Samuel Johnston online on 15th June 2025.

Unfortunately, the plastic clasp of the carseat has broken and we are unable to securely fastening our 3year old daughter into the car.

We are highly disappointed as we paid 146 euro for this quality carseat and based on the number of years Samuel Johnston is in the business of selling reliable baby products, we trusted that it would be a good quality product.

I emailed 2weeks ago including photos and order numbers and got no response. I have tried regulary, to call the contact number but to no avail, just a recorded message.

We are under pressure to get this resolved. We currently have no carseat who needs to attend preschool.
So disappointed.

I ordered a car seat with two bases in the Black Friday sale as there were some great offers on plus extra money off. This was at the end of November and baby is not due until beginning of February, but wanting most things sorted before Christmas. When ordering, the item had a lead time of 7-14 days and this was fine.

I have regularly checked in with customer services when the lead time passed and they have always been super quick to respond and incredibly helpful. I am sure they are now pleased that I have received my items and can leave them alone!
