Samtronic Arvostelua

Can't get device to stay on or charge or anything. Please replace unit

Ordered this after seeing all the ads.
Got a 10% off code from watching one of the YouTubers videos.
Took 6 days to arrive from Hong Kong to UK.
Quite impressed so far, downloaded the games list from there website and marked the games I wanted to play, all worked absolutely fine.
Lost one star because they sent me a £40 off voucher if I left them a 5 star review on here.

Received my item today and it’s 💯 percent worth every penny. This thing is amazing and had me feeling a deep sense of nostalgia. They have games I haven’t played in years. I highly recommend ten out of ten must have.

Amazing console. Word every dollar

The time limit of delivery was great and the product came secure,..Definitely a great Friday night with video games and Chinese food.

Got it fast and kids are really enjoying it. It's an awesome add-on to their game collection. I will get on it when time permits.

Fast delivery and high quality product. Delivered from Germany to Denmark.

Fast shipping. Love it. Now I can play retro games anywhere.

I orderd a Arcarde Game Console with the optional SANWA-Joystick and the SANWA-Buttons but received the usual execution.

Since I payed for the SANWAs, I mailed SAMTRONIC and requested them to send me the SANWA Joystick and buttons but neither got an answer nor money back!

Never again!

UPDATE: SAMTRONIC finally got in contact with me and refunded the money for the SANWA-upgrade.

Great product offering a nostalgic blast into Retro- Gaming! Good communication on ordering and product arrived within the week! Delighted 👍

I recently got the Samtronic Arcade Box and couldn’t be happier with it! The joystick and buttons feel solid and responsive, giving an authentic arcade experience. The metal black-painted box adds a premium touch, making it feel sturdy and well-built.

The game selection is incredible—5,000 classic titles that bring back so many great childhood memories! The sound is crisp, there's zero lag, and the system boots up quickly, so I can jump right into the action. If you're looking for a high-quality, plug-and-play arcade system, this is a must-have! Highly recommend it! 🎮🔥

La valigetta col monitor incorporato è fantastica. Spedizione velocissima. Ho trovato giochi che non avevo nel mio pandora 9. Spettacolare. Portabile ovunque.

I had an issue in receiving a system other than the one I ordered. I reached out to them and everything was resolved. I am giving them 5 stars on their customer support and well built game console. The kids and big kids are going to love it.

Please remember when trying to contact them, they are in a different time zone, but once they're at work they do whatever they can to help.

I had an issue in removing the joystick and I thought my unit was scratched but there was a thin layer of plastic i had not removed. They took time to make a couple of videos walking me through the process of taking care of both issue. If you are on the fence and think this is not a legit company, it truly is. I will most likely buy another one of the game consoles for my nephews.

They made sure to follow up with me by email this morning

I received my new machine and started playing all my favorite games from my childhood I even was able to get my grandkids to play them with me

If you're reading this review, it may be because you're on the fence about whether to purchase Samtronic's 14" game console. I, also, was on the fence. But I went ahead with my purchase and I could not be happier. This device is well-built (the material it's made of feels sturdy like an actual arcade machine) and features so many games that, even after having it a week, I'm still discovering more games. Sure, there are some duds, but with this many games that's bound to happen. Controls are great, display is great, really can't recommend this little machine enough. Hours of fun! Go for it!

Great nostalgic experience. I haven t played these games in decades, and I am just as bad at them now as I was back then, the only difference is now I dont waste a bunch of dimes/quaters or tokens. Great product with the caveat only being finding your game can be a challenge but the search function helps offset that problem a bit. Other than that, extremely pleased with it so far...

I recently purchased the latest arcade console from Samtronic, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The quality and attention to detail in their products are truly exceptional. The high-resolution screen and responsive controls provide an immersive gaming experience that brings back the nostalgia of classic arcade games. The variety of preloaded games is impressive, and I love that I can relive my childhood favorites anytime.

Samtronic's customer service is also top-notch. They were quick to answer my questions and provided helpful information throughout the purchasing process. The console arrived on time and in perfect condition. I highly recommend Samtronic to any retro gaming enthusiast looking for a reliable and fun gaming experience. Five stars all the way!

I can’t tell you how pleasantly surprised I was when my arcade arrived. First off, it shipped from Hong Kong but still only took a week to arrive which was great. The price was so good for the initial that it was worth the risk even if was junk but it’s not. It’s very sturdy and came fully loaded with all 5000 games. Navigating the main menu took a little getting used to but once I found the search function it was easy. This is literally like owning almost every single game made for the last 40 years at the push of a button. It’s nostalgia overload! If you grew up putting quarters into arcade machines and are on the fence you need to buy this. Worth it.

Excellente console ! Rien à redire . Super matériaux . 5000 jeux pour des heures et des heures ! Qualité rapide pour la livraison et très soigné . Bref je vous recommande fortement
