I ordered car seat covers with cowhide middle, meaning the part your body comes in contact with is cowhide. What I received was 100% synthetic material on the entire seat cover. Been told there are no returns.

The seat covers are beautiful and fit the seats extremely well. Pretty easy to install and great quality. The only downside was the amount of time it took to get them but well worth the wait. Would absolutely recommend.

This company makes a quality seat cover if I had not installed them I'd think they were stock. Give DZX time to ship ,took awhile to get to the front door.

I ordered a Nappa Full Custom Seat Covers for my son's 2026 Toyota C-HR XSE. It took about three weeks to get and the quality was good. However, the back seat covers where missing the zipper opening for the rear center armrest and the holes cut out for the Middle rear Headrest did not line up. Another issue is there was no way to secure the velcro to the back of the rear seats because the back is fully sealed. No opening so to attach the velcro which you slip between the seat to attach to the back. I contacted DZX and had email communication back and forth with Rick. Rick is one of the best representatives and provide exceptional customer services. He got with his team and they re made the rear back seat backs and shipped them out. I received them the other day. However they did not work neither. Rick apologize and I was refunded my money. It was not meant to be, I guess. However, they tried and Rick was on it and responds quickly thru email. Sorry Rick it did not work out. Maybe another time.

Had an unique experience with this company. I ordered Custom Seat Covers and before I received the package 📦 I went out of the Country for six months. Upon return, I searched for my package 📦 and it was received and misplaced by relatives. I panicked and was uptight about not receiving my package 📦 The Company was willing to work with me in replacing a Custom order in which most all companies would not do! My order was exact and great, as ordered! Five stars ⭐️ wouldn’t you agree 👍🏽

Communication was amazing for me even tho sadly they couldn’t make my design very nice and informative and got me refund started straight away

Update - upon submitting my review, the company has reached out and asked that I update my review as it appears to be lost. They said if I change my review they will send me the item I ordered. I’m not interested in that. They should have done that when it was obvious that I wasn’t going to receive the item. However, as I stated previously, they did eventually issue a refund to me.

Item was never received. Spoke with company several times and they insisted it was mailed, however, tracking info never updated to show this. They did eventually refund the cost.
