I’m from the U.K.i received my 15inch Samtronic arcade machine about 2 weeks ago.Their product is absolutely brilliant.it really feels like playing an arcade.not only the arcade is brilliant so is their top notch customer service.top customer service goes a long way in selling products and they definitely know that.i message them and u get answered back very quickly.like i just said im from the U.K and they from H.K. 8 hours difference.i can’t fault them. Thank u

After searching for a retro game device that will meet or exceed all of my wishes I found the Samtronic 19" Two Player system. Amazing build quality, incredible 19" screen, great joystick and buttons. And 5000 classic arcade games. I am so pleased with my Samtronic.

The screen locked up from the moment I turned it on. I have carefully packaged it up. When I contacted customer service, I was asked to video the machine not working and they can talk me thru a repair. I am not IT. I also know when a product is defective. I just want my money back.

Device is overpriced and you will get much cheaper from other websites for the same console.

Also their SD card supplied was so bad that it "rusted" within a year and they made me spend $50 shipping a replacement. They claimed all $50 was spent on shipping which is ridiculous.

Stay away.

From the beginning the whole experience was just infuriating. upon receipt of the system I open the package and followed the directions on using the system, the unit only had power but no video then on my second attempt the unit had no power on either battery or AC so I reached out to your customer support only to be told "I have to open the LCD Panel and check the cable" I did this reluctantly and found the no issues, I was then told to open the unit completely and check the cables again while video taping my progress. I am a disabled U.S.Vet with cancer and I don't have the time to do all of this troubleshooting, just replace the unit or refund my money including the warranty that was purchased for just this situation.

Great product. Sturdy case. Not an inexpensive product by any means.

I have searched for years looking for tech that has all the arcade games I spent tons of money on as a child, teenager and adult. This has them all except one (Enduro the car racing game). The unit is well made and came within a few days of ordering. It has had many hours of use. I would recommend it to any retro game lover. Some driving and shooting games are hard to play as the arcade version had a steering wheel or gun as the main control. However, overall, value for money, a big thank you to the developers!

Prompt delivery. The product arrived in fine condition. It's very much fun to play and well built, although the user interface is rather cumbersome and the battery life is much lower than advertised. Still, it provides a very enjoyable and nostalgic arcade experience.

Great product and build quality. I was even surprised how well the X-box like controller operated. I did have a couple of questions on the secondary buttons which they promptly answered. I found one game I can’t figure out how to launch but hopefully that gets fixed at some point.

It is such a well made unit. Lots of fun classic games, could use more variety but I don’t mind as this thing is built for arcade games. Great screen, everything looks good. It’s like having a portable arcade. The controller works right out of the box. The sound can go very loud. So far I love this thing and am glad I went with it over a random Pandora’s box with screen. I really love the 4:3 screen, it rocks. Now I want to get the 2 player version.

Good, clean, old fashion fun.
Made some popcorn, filled up a slurpy, got me some quarters to jingle and played Pacman till dawn.
Love it.

Would love to see KaBoom in an update.

Super fun, shipped quickly to California. Four stars because I can't figure out how to adjust the screen brightness. Will happily change to five stars if someone can show me how to dim the brightness.

Arrived on time everything advertised was in the box neatly packed safe packaging.System was fully charged great for right out the box play and,you could easily just plug in the adapter anyway.Games play great only issue as of now is I don’t see a way to make a favorites list only recently played.Purchased the 5K games machine I would overall recommend the system just pick however many games you’d like for your budget.

I was hesitant at first as there are many items like this on the market. After reading and watching many reviews on YouTube I decided to dive in and buy one. Unfortunately the first one I ordered got damaged in transit. I contacted their customer services and straight away they sent out a replacement. Once I set it up which is extremely easy I was in retro heaven. I had a smile on my face searching for my favourite games as kid and the large library doesn't disappoint. The battery will last between 2-3 hours on a full charge but longer if you don't have the LEDs on. Which for me is ample for a quick gaming session. I look forward to seeing what they come up with next.

Great build quality. Emulation itself is pretty good. My only criticism is the lack of options within Pandoras Box DX. Having the ability to add more favorites and more ability to tweak shader options would be great.

Ordering and shipping went smoothly. The machine came with a manual but I feel like it lacks a lot of information. I wish there was one I could download. But other than that, the machine is great. The battery doesn’t seem to last long but it is easy enough to charge.
