S2AS - Surface 2 Air Sports Arvostelua 

Ordered a board: 9 days later no contact and no board.. shipping was 3 days, contacted them to be told it was no longer available. I’d had no notifications for the delay never mind having to contact them to find they had no stock. Mean while it’s still listed on their site.
Awful service and won’t use again. Sad times, we’re a skater family a spend a lot on boards, trucks, etc every year, not to mention who we recommend to other riders at our park.. So, won’t be using these guys ever again.. in contrast, I found the same board with bobs gnarly surf shop who dispatched within 10hrs of me submitting an order and gave me a tracking number and several emails.. well done bob! As for surface 2 air.. customers are your life blood, if you want to keep them, you need to sort your service.

Rude and arrogant. I will be buying elsewhere.

Damaged in transit.

Received my Oakley portal x - I noticed the one arm popped off. The packaged was damaged while in transit to me. I sent a email I was asked to send a short video to explain the damage - I had a quick responds and was told to send back the damaged glasses and was changed to a new better set.
Thank you S2AS - highly recommend.

I popped in to the shop for a new boat wake board
They had a huge selection of boards but I was unsure which one was best for me
I explained my style of riding and told them I was using my park board for riding behind the boat
Glen clearly explained the difference between each board and recommend the correct board for me with the correct binding for me as well
They set my board up & fitted the binding all ready for me to ride
I got really excited when I arrived home booked a boat for the next day
My first boat session I cut out wide paused and gave it my best progressive edge BOOM !! The pop off the board was excellent the height was amazing 60% more pop than I ever expected wow what an amazing performance in board the binding locked in 🤙

Went in wanting a new snowboarding setup, but not wanting to feel pressured to buy with a hard sell. Felt all the guys I spoke to were knowledgable, patient, and spoke of the positive of negative of each product I was interested in.

Bindings were not in stock when I was there, but Angelo organized ordering them in for me, and let me know when they went online. Thanks Angelo.

The guys have enough knowledge to advise and recommend equipment.

Ordered a pair of snowboard boots online which stated 1-3 business day delivery. I was then told they would have to be ordered from the supplier, so I had an 8 day wait for delivery. Just be aware that you may be met with the same issue.

Unfortunately our back pack order didn't arrive. We called S2AS and got straight through to a real human being who promised to call us back, after looking into the problem. He did! He couldnt put his finger on the cause of the problem but offered to supply another back pack with next day delivery. Which he did! It arrived the next day. It is so refreshing to receive real customer service. Well done S2AS!

Fantastic team. I recently purchased a paddleboard. Unfortunately there was an item missing from the package, no fault of S2AS as I bought a package which they did not open. Within a few hours of me emailing I received a phone call and the missing item was sent out the same day at no extra cost.
Delivery was amazingly quick. Great customer services. Will 100% purchase from Surface2 Air Sports for any of my water sports needs.
