An absolute necessity!
The knowledge, inspiration and support from Kurtis and Maia has given me a huge boost to put 100% effort back into my fitness journey.
The content is spot on to support us ladies of this age and this group has already given me motivation, by meal ideas, ladies sharing their setbacks and how they’re overcoming them and just being there to discuss the positives. Loving it!
I’m new to the group and already inspired by everything I’m seeing. Kurtis and Maia are extremely knowledgeable and, most importantly, supportive and encouraging — as is the wider community. Hearing about the benefits of strength training and wanted to give it a go. Really enjoyed Kurtis PT style in the Circuits class I went to. Ensuring enjoyment, variety and checking on my form with weights during class was top notch.
The Forte+ online community is really helpful and inspiring health, nutrition advice helping me make small changes. Also I’m growing in confidence in picking up weights to do a full body workout and seeing my improvements in a few weeks.

Kurtis and Maia are a great team who are able to provide knowledge and expertise in all things, fitness, strenght training and nutrition whilst navigating midlife/,menopause. The great thing about this platform they have developed is that you are supported and cheered on by like minded people who want to achieve the same goals. The best thing about Kurtis and Maia is the recognition that we all have busy lives and have created a platform which supports this. Its easy to navigate, there is lots of chats, plans and tools as well as challenges. I would highly recommend!
I have been part of the Forte Fitness Community for 3 weeks now and can genuinely say that in my (vast) amount of years of dipping in and out of fitness this is the best group and coaches I have found yet! Forte Fitness 100% make you believe in yourself and your ability - no matter your age or fitness level. The community itself is incredibly supportive and it’s been non stop sharing of advice and tips to leading a healthier, stronger lifestyle. No question is a silly question and in this short amount of time I certainly know I will be continuing with this group.
