Let a dangerous vehicle lose on the roads
Bought a vehicle privately off an employee with a brand new mot (mot done at Rygor westbury) after driving the vehicle for a couple of days noticed a few issues so had the car inspected by a local specialised who advised several issues with the vehicle making it dangerous to drive so contacted DVSA who after examining the vehicle themselfs prohibited it from being on the road until the issues were solved.
Rygor westbury refused to take any responsibility for there staff actions leading to a dangerous vehicle being allowed out on the road
Think some staff re training wouldn’t do any harm and I wouldn’t trust my vehicle in there hands

Two weeks and 3days
Two weeks and 3days, to diagnose and fix a non start van, every two days they said "mercedes send us the wrong part 🤮". I will say "you are incompetent" van still NOT repaired.
Brought a 71 plate vito
Brought a 71 plate vito. Several problems noted once driven. Contacted sales in Reading several times by phone and email. No response at all. Will be spending my money elsewhere next time!

Staff at front desk are incompetent & clueless
My van went in with ignition problem which was fixed fine (£1300 just for that). I also asked for the van to be looked at as dash shows back
Doors open when they are closed. They instantly said you need a new lock, they done that and I came to pick the van up. I hadn’t even got out of Rygor and dash board showing doors still open, I asked why is this still showing? Why have I been told it’s fixed and it’s not?
They said bring it back it and we will look at it again.
So I brought it in another day was told to be here 15 mins before my appointment. I’ve done that, waited for 1hr 15 mins and asked for an update… for the people behind the desk to work out they hadn’t even relayed to the mechanics I was here and to give them my keys.
Staff are so rude, it’s like they have been trained to be robots and not accept when they are at fault and to pass the blame and charge the customer for it.
I’m self employed so I have had to cancel jobs to come down here and wait for the van to not even been looked at.
No apology from any staff member they just say we will look at it now
Awful awful awful business and customer service. Never experienced as much of a sh!?t show in all my time. I would be ashamed if I ever treated my customers with the same disrespect I’ve been treated with here
What a shower
What a shower. Book in for an overnight service and told to collect the truck before 07:30. Arrive at 0650 and everything is locked and they’ve gone home. Never ever will rygor get my custom again
Worst customer service imaginable and rude staff
We’ve been using Rygor in Reading for years and I must say that the level of customer service at this branch is beyond bad. Always treated like a nuisance by rude staff who act like they don’t want us as a customer.
Their new layout is confusing for a customer with nobody manning the desk in the showroom. To make a booking you need to walk to their office whilst they sit on their computers and not even look at you. Then I was told off by another staff member for standing in their doorway.
Rygor Reading have lost us as a customer for good.
Super Citan Support
We buy out new Citan vans from Rygor and everything has worked very well. Over the last year or so they have sourced second vans for our new franchisees as new ones weren't available. We are looking forward to upgrading our new fleet to the new Citan vans in the next couple of months. We also have found their servicing and repair department a lot better than the previous company we were using in Bristol.
Appalling
Appalling service. Vehicle was booked in, we had the vehicle delivered to them as promised, and they have 'no record of our booking' and cant look at our vehicle now for another month, I explained there was definitely a booking, and repeated exactly what was said to me, and I was told 'we wouldn't have said that' and there is nothing they can do.
I am going to have the vehicle picked up and taken to someone a little more competent with administration!

Heathrow Branch - useless admin and not helpful.
Don't expect good after sales when you drive away.
Service and parts never pick up phone with reception passing you around telephone system.
Had 2 vans off them from new, been lied to about faults on both vans - one to probably get more money off MB whilst in warranty...was told bearings had gone in heater unit when it was blatantly leaves getting in somehow. When leaves finally emerged through grills noise stopped....they were adamant it was still the bearings. Never got it fixed.... just got sprayed with minced leaves once in while.
2nd van i have had a reduce oil pressure warning since i got the van, they said it was overfilling oil which only they did on 2 occasions. Problem getting worse and now it is 4 years old i have finally been told its a software issue they have been aware for some time but cant fix.
Now at 4.5 years have had my clock spring break loosing all controls, airbag and horn. I have been promised 3 times a call back regarding price and availability but never received one. I also got no help over phone and when finally booked in on arrival they said it was booked in day before and i must have wrote down the day i was supposed to pick up??
The fact was i wrote straight in dairy all details and mistake was not my end - I was told to reschedule at my cost.
On a positive note there was one helpful girl i spoke with once in the service department.

Reading branch, Totally useless, Booked my company van in for mot at 9am, and phoned at 1pm and it's still not even gone in. If you book a 9am slot you expect to receive it. Also the reception staff are VERY rude and moody. How company's like this stay in business is anyone's guess.
Rygor Nuneaton incompetence?
Booked my Sprinter for starter motor issues which I fully described to Rygor Nuneaton which is commercial vehicle repair centre. When the mechanic took my keys I explained the issues I was having again, he said it would most likely require a new starter motor. An hour later it was confirmed with a bill for £116 for diagnosis!! Oh and by the way we don’t have one in stock so you’ll have to come back so we can charge you again for the same labour we just did to get to your starter motor to diagnose it, when we were 95% sure it was broken before we started and we knew we didn’t have one.
At best utter incompetency, but more likely Sharp Practice. Avoid this place at all costs.
