I already sent an email about how annoyed I am with your company. I was entering a coupon code that was sent to me via text from your company. Instead of applying the coupon code it just submitted the order. I called immediately after to cancel only to find out there isn’t a cancellation policy. She couldn’t even give me the 40% off from the coupon that i received. I clicked apply like to apply the coupon NOT submit the order. I would rate 0 stars but it’s not an option. I Will be returning the product as soon as it comes in. That’s no way to conduct business.

HORRIBLE experience! I received half of my order. Only the top to a bathing suit for my daughter. It arrived several days late. We didn’t have it in time to take it on our trip. the top was much smaller than expected and we never got the bottom. Customer Service has not gotten back to me & we are approaching the 30 day return mark! The phone lines are constantly busy so I am forced to leave a voicemail that never gets returned as well as emails that do not get returned. Only want to do is cancel and return the order and get my money back at this point.

My tween daughter absolutely loves these suits. She has 3 and they have given her the opportunity to swim worry free this summer. I have a 1 piece and 3 bottoms. These swim suits need additional lining! There is of course plenty of lining in the built in pad and 1 layer of bra shelf. But there is no lining in the body of the bathing suit; it is 1 thin layer between my skin and the air. That is really not enough considering the cost of these suits.

These undies are magic! I am 48 years old and for the first time I do not dread my period. They made me feel good about myself. No bulky-yucky pads to deal with. These undies make me feel as if my "period week" is just another normal day. Just placed my 2nd order today for myself and my daughter.

Honestly I was super skeptical about these. They were a size smaller than I would have liked but the product worked great. I didn’t really have talk customer service so I don’t know how there skills are..

I recently ordered several pairs of Ruby (kicking myself for that) and unfortunately they are a disappointment for a couple of reasons:

1) The gusset is bizarrely small and placed too far back to catch all of my bleed, so that I am bleeding through the spandex fabric. This design flaw is shocking and so easily preventable with just a few more inches of coverage, like Ruby's competitors (I own pairs from at least 3 other brands, all of which have significantly larger gussets).

2) The gusset is not nearly as absorbent as advertised. Consequently, even though much of my bleed is falling outside the gusset, I am still bleeding through the gusset.

I realize all bodies are different, but I hope Ruby resists the urge to dismiss my feedback as an outlier. These are obvious and easily fixed design flaws.
For context, when I say my flow is medium, I mean that on my heaviest days I use a regular tampon that I change every 8 hrs or so. And as far as I know, the location and size of my vagina/labia/etc. are unremarkable.

I sincerely hope Ruby improves this product. There aren't a lot of plus size options, let alone cute or comfortable ones, which is another reason why this was so deeply disappointing.

Ordered a pack of four pairs of undies for my young and very petite daughter, of which only one was the correct size, and the three others significantly larger, (4-6cm difference). The underwear is expensive in the first place, and with added shipping cost and customs I have spent almost $100 for receiving one pair that my daughter can wear- the other three are falling off her. I have repeatedly sent e-mails to the customer service, receiving nothing but the automatic acknowledgment of reception of e-mail. It has now passed more than a month, and there is not a word. It is quite disappointing given the price, but also because the underwear is nice in itself, much less bulky than other period underwear, and the design is cute- however, the sizing is so odd that they fit me, her mother, a medium size, better- and that was not the intention.

I received a couple of products from them, no problem. when you are used to Amazon Prime, it's a bit of a wait to get the things, but fine. But then I received an item that was too small. I set up an exchange on June 13th, it's now July 13th and no fulfillment. I have reached out 2x in the past 3 days with no response. By the time I get the bathing suit, summer will be over and it will again be too small for my growing daughter.

Have had bathing suit bottoms for over 5 years and are just now starting to show wear! Great product!

Goods ordered were not delivered and no reply on what is heppening for 2 month already. The worst online shopping experience

I wish the non-return policy was more clearly stated for all customers. We did not experience a sizing issue because we didn't even get that far. There is a large mesh pocket on the surface of these undies. If you or your child has a sensory issue - these will be very uncomfortable for you. I do not recommend them and the fact that there is not a return policy accordingly is frustrating. There needs to be exceptions to this policy for disabled people.

Totally disappointed in this company! I placed and order on July 1, July 2 I immediately sent an email to cancel the order, which went unacknowledged. I received the merchandise never even opened the merchandise only the package to get a number or find instructions to return the product. They won't take it back only store credit. I don't want the product or anything from the company,yet I'm stuck with merchandise I have no use for. If they responded to cancelations as quick as purchased this wouldn't be an issued.

We ordered a pair of the classic swimwear bottoms. They ended up being too small. I used the link provided and they immediately took care of the exchange. Simple, easy and fast.

The swim bottoms and the reusable liners work amazingly. We love using this brand for our summer time fun during that time of the month
