Ruby Love Arvostelua 

The customer service is horrible! I had to return an item for a store credit(this is their return policy mentioned in their website). When I placed an order with the store credit, I received my items weeks and weeks later. When I was checking with them all they had to say is they have escalated the issue and keep me updated which they never updated. They cleared agreed it was their fault they missed the order. So I requested them if they could atleast do expedited shipping as We really needed the item for that weekend. In response I AGAIN for the hundredth time I received the same email that they have escalated the issue and they shipped the item few days later via usps ( the slowest possible pace that they could do). Never shopping with them again!

Ordered a pack of four pairs of underwear for my daughter. Took months to have them received in Norway. When they finally arrived, 3 were the wrong size, so huge they fall off my 8 years old. Then it took weeks to get any contact with customer service, and several more weeks to receive new ones. When the new parcel arrived, this time two were correct size, two others were huge again. And again nobody replies from customer service. We are now in September- I placed the first order in May, and I still don’t have four correctly sized pieces of underwear. This possibly works if you order to US, but if you order to Europe, steer away!!!

My daughter has been using Ruby Love for a while now, and it's been a real lifesaver! Ruby Love has given her the confidence to enjoy the swimming season without any worries and without missing out on any of the fun. Highly recommended!

Excellent products: I tried the swim period pant 2 years ago and it was perfect. So, I made a new purchase. Delivery is very fast, payments are safe and the pants are the perfect solution to go to the beach and swim during the period days.

My order arrived 4 moths later. Nobody was answering my emails.

I mixed up my own order, and wound up with incorrect sizing. They got back to me immediately and helped me through the exchange process, which is customer service that you just don’t get with some other companies.

Such a wonderful product. Also educational. Also extra awesome as my daughters name is Ruby!

I got the wrong order twice and was told by the Customer Service rep that I ordered the wrong size. Insulting and frustrating. I basically wasted my heard-earned money and my granddaughter did not receive her gift.

these underwear are great for my preteen! they are comfortable, not bulky, and she feels safe from embarrassing leaks when she's playing sports even during 1st-3rd day of monthly cycle that's heavier flow! the prices are good too and frequent sales!

First order was amazing and more than I expected from the my first period kit but I ordered a size to small. RubyLove shipped the new sized package back to me before I got the exchange sent back to them! Quality products and great customer service!

I was nervous about ordering a first time kit for my daughter. I wanted to teach her that her period is part of our feminine nature that she needs to embrace every month. I could not find a better kit than Ruby Love with useful items that I wish I could had when I was a teen. My daughter loves it and I do too, sharing this important stage together.

We love their products and have been using them for two years now. But my recent experience with having to do a return is the reason for this review. The process was so easy and customer service was excellent!

I absolutely love Ruby Love! They wash up easy, the material is super soft and my daughter feels like she can do anything on her period thanks to Ruby Love! They have the best customer service, we lost one of our monthly packages in the mail and they replaced it free of charge and it was 100% hassle free!

the stiffness of the absorbent pad makes it feel like you have a load in your pants. And since it doesnt form fit your bottom it looks weird through your tights or tight jeans. Also quality of stitching is lacking

At first I ordered a bathing suit and it did not fit right at all. Since I couldn’t return it for a refund, I ended up getting pairs of period underwear and when I got them they were also TERRIBLE. They are SO uncomfortable. It feels like wearing a giant piece of cardboard and it looks odd too. The absorbent part does not cover the right areas and would not be helpful. I would have to wear a pad with these which totally defeats the purpose. It’s a bummer that they’re so pricey and I can’t return them because I’m going to throw them away.

I have two tweens and they both receive a red Ruby Love box every month. It says when you sign up that you may get either underwear, swimwear, or workout wear in each box. We have had the monthly subscription for 15 months for one daughter and 5 months for the other and we have only received underwear. This is not a huge issue but they keep sending the same underwear. For example, they had a pink Valentine’s Day style in February. One of my daughters now has 3 of them and my other daughter just got her second one. Ugh! It kind of takes away from a bit of the excitement. The other items in the box are okay and usually cheesy but my girls don’t seem to mind.
We have ordered swimsuits and really like them, the only problem is the sizing is sometimes off. For example, ordered a black one for my daughter in a small and it fit great. Ordered another, but a pattern style, in size small and it was way too small for her. Luckily, it fit my younger daughter.
Neither girl has had a leak issue with the underwear or swimwear.

The swim bottoms are high quality, and I really appreciated the prompt shipping and fast / easy exchange process when I needed a different size. :)

I really love the product for my tween daughter. I used other similar companies and they were not as successful preventing linkage while swimming. I have told all our friends to use this product. My only feedback is the return policy. I ordered two separate sizes to see what would fit best and was only allowed a credit rather than a full return which I did not need.

Very happy with swim line. Now I can swim with my period.

The swimsuits allow my 10 year old daughter to be able to go swimming while on her period. My daughter is petite so the swimsuit is just a little baggy in the crotch (because there is room to insert the reusable pad). It is also low cut in the chest. She wears a swim shirt over the swimsuit and it works great. At first I was concerned how low cut it is, I couldn't return the swimsuit, and I wasn't sure how to alter the suit. Wearing a swim shirt over it is perfect. My daughter is very comfortable with the swimsuit while wearing the swim shirt over it. I would like to purchase just the swim bottoms next time and see how that works out.
