I ordered 2.5 weeks ago and so far there is nothing other than “order placed” when I check the status of my order. Would not recommend ordering as it seems many orders have had the same issues.

The product works super well!! As a swimmer who has had an incredibly difficult time with tampons Ruby Love has made it possible for me to continue swimming even on my period without having to take a week off of practice or even missing out on meets!! I have truly benefited :)

It came late - too small
It came late - we couldn’t use it on vacation. It ended up being too small but they wouldn’t let us return it even thought it was never used. I could tell it was small when I opened it. What a waste of money.

Horrible quality
Horrible quality, I've tried many period panties and have never leaked through before. This was my first time completely leaking through period panties. They were also super uncomfortable, felt like there was hard plastic in it and like it was a baggy diaper. Would not recommend to anyone.

My period panties are so easy to love and use
I love my period panties! I was looking for an alternative to my usual disposable menstrual products and stumbled upon the Ruby Love website. Their products have changed my life and made my periods a lot easier. I originally bought 3 pairs of underwear and after 1 cycle, I knew I'd be using them for as long as possible. I didn't have any problems with shipping or getting the products I paid for. I've been loving my period panties so much that I've been telling everyone I know. I even told my mother (who is one of the most stubborn people I know) about Ruby Love. As soon as her order came in, she used them and was immediately in love with how convenient period panties are and how easy it is to wash/clean them. I've gotten three people to try Ruby Love and all three have had amazing results. I plan on buying at least 2 more pairs soon!

Warning: Do Not Buy
Didn't ship what I ordered until I contacted my credit card company to revoke payment. Didn't respond to two emails and a voicemail seeking information about when my order would ship. After waiting over three weeks, I contacted my credit card company and initiated a claim. Then, the items were shipped. By that time, I had already purchased what I needed from someone else. I reached out to initiate a return. No response. I shipped the items back and was only given store credit, which I will never use because I don't trust this company to ship the items without involvement from my credit card company. Huge waste of money and time. Customer service is nonexistent.
Edited 7/12/2023: I did submit my concerns to the email address provided below. It has been over a week and I have not received a response from Ruby Love. It seems that they are capable of putting on a facade of customer service on this site but cannot respond to customers. Additionally, they were able to spam me with text messages regarding their sales but unable to respond to my attempts to determine if my order had shipped.

Well, I ordered 2 bathing suits bottoms for my girls. I ordered the hipsters. When I received them the shape of the bottom is completely different than what is advertised as the hipster. Closer to a complete butt hanging out than just a low waisted hipster. Completely inappropriate. So, I emailed customer to ask what can I do about this- no answer. So with that said I lost about $60 and now I will order from a different company.
