I placed an order on 9/19 that I still haven’t received almost a month later. Initially they responded to my inquiry by email and stated several times that the package was on its way, but I never received any tracking info (or the package). Now they’ve stopped responding to my emails. I’ve also tried reaching out on Facebook about it with no response. I was hoping this was an isolated incident, but I’m seeing quite a few other accounts of similar experiences. If the company is struggling to keep up with fulfilling orders, I wish they would be just be transparent and offer an explanation up front (eg “we are overburdened and shipping times may be up to six weeks” or whatever). If they did that, I would be much more understanding. Instead, they’re maintaining that everything is fine but are not following through on their obligations.

I use reuseable menstrual care products for myself because I value sustainability. Now that I am shopping for menstrual care products for my teenage daughter, the cute factor is also important. I ❤️ the option for the Monthly Period Kit subscription to give my daughter "Happy Mail" and something extra special to look forward to each month!

We love the swimsuits! I have two 13-year-old, year-round swimmers, so it's imperative we have a couple of these suits on hand. They work so well. Plus, you can't tell they have a "special" suit on.

The underwear fits great no leaks. My daughter loves the different colors the underwear comes in.

My daughter loved the bathing suit bottoms so I bought another pair but there seemed to be an issue with them. The material pulled after one wear and they were so helpful and stood by their product.

This is the fourth bathing suit I’ve gotten for my granddaughter . She loves them so much she doesn’t wear any other bathing suit . They protect her when she’s on her period and she doesn’t have to worry about any “leaks”. The customer service with ruby love is amazing as well !

Comfortable fit, lightweight feel, innovative menstrual absorption- what's not to like about these underpants?

I was so scared of using these products I am going to order a bunch for my daughter and self. I heard even professionals say this is the go to products and so neat for girls starting their periods and keeping the spirit up. Where were these products when I was growing up? I know here they are now.

Got these for my daughters as they turn into young women. Absolutely love how comfident they feel about their period, knowing they won't have embarrassing episodes at school or during sports. We also LOVE that there is now swimwear for young girls. My girls are in competitive swimming but way to young for tampons, so this is a fantastic option. I only wish these would have been an option when I was young. Thank you!!!

I wasn’t sure about the product, but needed something for my pre-teen daughter for swimming just incase. They exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend, but be sure to size up 1-2 sizes.

Products are made well, very comfortable and prices are reasonable

The customer service was so helpful! The first pair of swim bottoms we ordered were the wrong size. They worked with me to quickly get a new pair out to exchange for the right size. We got them in time for our beach trip and the swim bottoms worked so well all say on the beach!

I purchased the teen underwear for my 13 year old daughter. She loves them! They are comfortable and give her the confidence to go to school while dealing with her period. I would definitely recommend this brand to others. We just ordered a swimsuit for her as well and cant wait for it to arrive in the mail!

Ruby love is a dishonest company with HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered my daughter a one piece bathing and was sent a bikini. I was lied to for 5 weeks that they were sending a replacement and return shipping for the wrong item to be sent back. They only did something AFTER I disputed the charge with PayPal. They promised PayPal they'd refund my money upon receipt of the item. I had to pay to return out of my own pocket. The return was delivered two weeks ago and I am still waiting on my refund. Buyer beware. Use one of their competitors. Thinx and Saalt offer much better customer service experiences and superior products imo.
