This stuff is pretty junky AND it's not returnable even if you never opened the box. If you want to buy these, just buy one first - do not be suckered in by a 5 for cheaper price.

Going to try Thinx instead ([Edit: we got them, and they're nicer]). At least it's supposed to be cotton.

Re Rubylove:
Happy to return all but the item we tried on (over other underwear) for a full refund, but exchange doesn't solve the problem.

Save your child a mortifying experience. It'll look like she's wearing a diaper with all the padding on the bottom. My daughter tried these on with underwear and they would not allow for a return. She's 13 and 100% would be laughed at in these. Customer service said they don't take returns so it was money wasted. They were so rude. Save your money.

Update: Note their response. I have emails to prove that I reached out and tried to return the two swimsuits I bought for $143. They wouldn't allow for a return (probably because they run into this problem all the time) and said that I could exchange for another swimsuit (which wasn't an option for me). They were extremely unpleasant. Now they want me to reach out so I can get a discount on a future order? Honestly, they have the worst possible customer service ever.

I didn't receive an item with my order. They had it sorted and sent within 48 hours. Great customer service. Also love the products. Excellent quality.

I placed an order in September and have still not received it. I have tried reaching out via email and never received a response. I have contacted customer service on three different occasions and was told the sale in September was so big that they're having a hard time getting all the orders out. The fact that it has been over two months, and I still have not received my order, is completely unacceptable. At this point, I seriously doubt that my order will ever be sent.

A perfect product for my teens. Not bulky like pads and they don’t want to use tampons. Great to have in school bags for when accidents happen.

My daughter absolutely loves the underwear and even wears them as swim bottoms.

I made a large purchase and was sent the wrong items in duplicates that was suppose to be different colors and sizes. However that is not what i received. I contacted them and sent photos. To my surprise they were very quick in responding to my concerns and rectified my concerns very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company!

Good quality products for my teens. I can throw them in the washing machine, and they are holding up great after a year.

I was able to find what I needed and great details about the product. Was questioning the size and Ruby website made it easy to figure it out. Granddaughter loved her first kit and the little book on what to expect.

Ruby Love swimming suits are the best! So nice to know a vacation won’t have to be altered, especially for young people. I love the quality and the customer service was very helpful.

I don't know what type of living room operation they are running but save yourself stress and order from a different company. Waiting on my order since Sept 21st. They have no customer service, don't answer emails and calling is a joke. Beware of this company.

Update! I finally got my order after 16 (!!) weeks of this company's bs back and forth. It’s the CHEAPEST and most flimsiest fabric I’ve ever put on my body! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!

I ordered from Ruby Love a year ago and everything went smoothly. This year I placed an order for 3 products on 9/15/23 and have not received anything yet. It has been 5 weeks. Initially I never even received a confirmation email with my order info. I emailed them and they sent that to me pretty quickly. 5 weeks later I haven't received any correspondence about the order being shipped yet. I called and talked to a friendly person who said "we are a little backed up, we just had a huge sale". I ordered prior to this sale. She told me my order should be out for shipping by the end of the week. It wasn't. I'm out $65 and there are other similar companies that I will use going forward. Thinx will get my business now.
11/05 update - I received my order. It took 6+ weeks. I received no emails about when my order shipped or that it arrived (yes I checked junk box too). I'm happy I didn't waste $65 but their communication was non existent. The product is nice but I won't order again.

My daughter used it for a full day swim competition with no issues

We had received a pair of swim bottoms that had a defect, but when I brought it to the company’s attention, they corrected it immediately and sent me a replacement item! The new bottoms were perfect and my daughter loves them and used them all summer long!! Would definitely recommend this item — especially for a teen who is new to the “growing up” stage of being a girl!

Great for my tween daughter. They fit well and came with a little bag so she isn't embarrass to carry them around.
