I ordered 2.5 weeks ago and so far there is nothing other than “order placed” when I check the status of my order. Would not recommend ordering as it seems many orders have had the same issues.

My daughter absolutely loves her Rubys. They keep her from having embarassing leaks at school. She's very active, and can participate in her sports without worry.

Sizes don't fit me properly i was even sent a size down and the fit was worse. The panties I got leaked leaked through my jeans where it was supposed to be leak proof, while at work and had to hide myself until I got home and it wasnt even a heavy day. This happened twice. Since then I don't wear any of the products I have bought, they don't fit properly and are not leak proof. Huge waste of money!
I am writing for my daughter she is Special Needs I am a widower and I take care of her I am the Father and Legal Guardian. These pads are good for protecting her, she is in all the Special Olympics activities, she develops swimming, basketball and tracks and she does not stop participating because she is on those special days. She uses the pads day and night and special clothing for swimming. She has been using them for a year and she has never had any problems.
We love Ruby Love! We have bathing suits and period panties. All are wonderful.

I have placed my order my about a month, the order is running out of stock, and they can not deliver it. I asked to escalate this order, then it just no update week after week, the response is we are sorry, and we have escalated and waiting for updates, what are they actually doing?

My granddaughter loves the Ruby Love one-piece racer back swimsuit. It looks great on her, but more importantly she can swim with confidence any time. She has the solid black and the aztec print suits and enjoys them at the pool and beach.
I purchased in November 2023 and it said that it would ship in 1-2 weeks. A few days later, I received a phone call saying that it was backordered and that it would take up to 8 weeks to ship. I have been emailing RubyLove asking for an update on my order and they email back vague responses like "I’ve escalated this to our team to look further into this. We will be in touch as quickly as possible." I never receive an actual update on my order. I attempted to call, but can never get through because the recording says that all of the customer service lines are busy and to call back. I went through the prompts to leave a voicemail, but the mailbox is full and therefore I cannot leave a message.
The kicker is that if I go to their website right now, the same item is available for shipping. There is no alert that it's backordered. This company is completely shady!

Our family loves the swimwear; it’s made summer so much more fun!
On 11/28, I ordered two bathing suits from Ruby Love for my daughters, intended to be xmas gifts. On 12/5, I received a phone message from the company stating that the suits were on backorder. No date of expected delivery was given. I therefore emailed Ruby Love on the same date (12/5) and requested the order be canceled, as there seemed no chance the suits would arrive by xmas. I asked Ruby Love to refund my Mastercard, which had already been charged, despite the fact that the suits were on backorder and it does not appear the order was ever processed. Since that date, I've emailed Ruby Love another 5 or 6 times and have received only boilerplate, useless emails from the company, saying things like, "we've escalated this issue..." On 12/12, an email from Ruby Love said: "Thank you for reaching out. Your issue is in the process of escalation, we thank you for the patience at this time." ??? On 12/22, an email from Ruby Love said: "We have sent your request to our refund department upon completion of your refund you will receive an email advising you of so." It is now 1/9, and I have received no refund and no sensible response from Ruby Love (and of course, I do not have any merchandise). Don't buy from this company!!!
1/15/24 update: Ruby Love finally refunded my credit card for the purchase.

I ordered a pair of sleep shorts and a bikini for my daughter on 12/10/23. On 12/18/23 I received only the boy shorts in the mail and checked the status of the order online. It indicated that the order had shipped in full so I contacted customer support. In 12/19/23 I received a reply that said the swimsuit did not ship as it was a back order item, and they “hope to restock soon.” The item was never indicated as back ordered online, is still showing available online in the size I selected, and I paid in full for it which was $99.99.
Because the suit was for my daughter for a trip, I responded immediately to cancel and refund the order as it would not arrive in time. To date I have not received my money back nor have I received any communication that indicates I will be refunded. On 12/24/23 they responded asking for a photo of the package I received with a picture of the packing slip. I had already tossed the package, but also there was no package slip inside as I had looked for that. They also already informed the item I ordered was back ordered and they had no date when I would anticipate it. I continued to check in, asking for an update, and on 12/29/23 they asked me if I wanted a new order replacing the item and to pick something new. I responded same day I did not want something new, I wanted what I ordered which had been for a holiday trip which had already passed. I just wanted a refund. In 12/30/23 they replied that they were escalating my request to “look further into it.” I responded immediately that I needed them to as it had been weeks at this point and I was charged for something they don’t have and just want my money back. On 1/4/24 I received a reply that they have escalated it and thanking me for my patience. I replied again, and said at this point I needed a reply with confirmation of my refund within 24 hours or I would report it. I was getting a runaround. On 1/5/24 I emailed them again as I did not get a reply. On 1/6/24 they emailed saying a “special team” would contact me soon. I responded immediately that all I want is my money back. On 1/7/24 I received a reply that they need more time.
This company is ridiculous.

I had ordered a swimsuit for my daughter and waited over 6 weeks for the order. Then I called customer service in the US. They said it was backordered and yet no one send any email to let me know it was backordered. They did asked if I wanted a different colour, which I am not able to take, the school colour is Navy. I then asked for a refund. Another month has passed Ruby Love send a email saying with no hello, just a rude message,"We sent you a few substitutes and you refused." and that they will be process a refund now, after 10 weeks?
No, they didn't sent a few substitute.
I've requested to be unsubscribed from their mailing list a month ago which the company will not honor. Reputable businesses should not send unsolicited email and remove recipients promptly when asked.
EDIT: The merchant said they removed my email address from its mailing list but since 12/19, I've received 7 more emails, one per day minus the days surrounding Christmas.

I had ordered a swimsuit for my daughter back in October. I kept waiting for an email stating it was shipped. Never got one. I reached out to them 3x and only got a response twice. The last one I asked for them to cancel the order which I was told that they couldn’t because it was already in the processing queue. I finally gave up and put in a dispute with my credit card company.
After placing an order on Oct 1st, it finally arrived on December 1st... and the quality is awful. It has really gone downhill since I bought from Ruby Love a couple of years ago. The pants used to be 80% cotton, 20% spandex. They are now 77% Nylon, 23% spandex and look and feel like cheap plastic. I had recommended them to friends in the past but it's gone downhill hugely - never again.
Edit: A response from Ruby Love offering a discount on my next order is useless. Why on earth would I want to order again when the quality is terrible?! I'm currently deciding whether or not to bother looking into their returns policy...

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. After a month of waiting and the company never giving me a status, I finally asked for my order to be cancelled and my payment refunded. Only then do they tell me it’s not possible because my order is in “processing.” Buyer beware! Terrible customer service, horrible to deal with! It’s not worth it!
