My husband and I ordered a swimsuit for our daughter,overnight shipping on March 24th. It was later in the day so I didn't expect it on the 25th but for sure the 26th as it was ordered well before noon of the 25th. We got a confirmation email and was waiting for a shipped out email. Never got the email on Monday. Tuesday, still nothing. We call Tuesday Morning and are told there was a glitch and they could possibly send it out to the hotel we were staying at the next day. When my husband says that works then they say that actually they DOWNGRADED our shipping and it wouldn't arrive for 2 to 3days,after we need it. After spending all that money for overnight shipping. My husband said no thank you, we wanted a refund.
We were told we would get a refund on the phone. Then we were also told my email that they would give a refund and to watch out for a refund email. No refund email arrives, then we get an email saying our order has shipped! No thank you! We asked for a refund and everyone says we will get one,yet there has been no resolution. When we got the shipment email we called and they said that was wrong and that we actually were getting the refund. No product. No refund.We want our money back for overnight shipping we never got! And no we don't want the product, we want a refund on that too.
I bought from them before and would have recommend them,but after this ordeal I think we will go with another brand which is so disappointing because I wanted to order baithing suits for me and my 3 daughters.
They keep sending emails to my husband asking for patience as their team gets this sorted out as well as now they have ignored our phone calls. It's truly not that difficult to give a refund. From what im seeing on this website, this isnt a new thing for them and i hope others take caution if they decide to use this company.We feel like we have been given the run around are speaking to our lawyer about it for possible small claims court if we do not recieve the refund soon.

Scammed. Ordered two bathing suits for my kid. After paying they reached out to say they had… neither. Many many phone calls and emails later I still can’t get a response or refund. The phone never gets picked up and emails get a response saying they’ll get back to me.
and now - they replied on here saying to call them - but it’s all fake! No one picks up! I just tried them twice more. I’ve left two detailed messages and called at least 20 times in addition to my emails.

I ordered a swimsuit in 2022 based on their size recommendation. It was way too small, I returned it and got a credit. I spent the last year and a half contacting them intermittently trying to get a replacement swimsuit. The swimsuit is always “back ordered“ (even though it appears that I could just order it on the website). Customer service no longer even responds. The company owes me $99 but at this point I think they’re a scam.
ETA: I have put a few warnings on Social media about this company each time they leave a response saying that they will be in touch and that this will be resolved. After posting this, I did actually get a phone call from a not very nice customer service person recently, and I asked for a refund, but she tried to talk me into accepting a completely different swimsuit that I didn’t want, and when I asked for a refund instead, she basically hung up on me. My recommendation to stay away from this company still stands

I never received my order and I never got a refund. They seem so nice, in their replies but It's been too long, I ordered the 30th December 2023 and have since messaged them so many times but they don't resolve my issue. I messaged them first time the 8th January just to see why it wasn't shipped and been back and forth with them like 30 times(not actually sure, just a guess).
New information. They just shipped my order but I asked for my money back a while ago. At least they could ask me if I wanted them still. But I mean it's better than nothing. Hope they arrive. I will update you.
Another update. The woman who saw my review called me and said she would give me some double sidded pads and she also have me a 25 dollar gift card. I mean can't possibly be mad anymore. But.. but.. still cautious, it hasn't arrived yet so yea but sweet woman.
Last update. I received my items. Everything was there. Only one minor complaint is that the undies part(not the gusset) rolls down, it's quite thin so if I want to use them without being annoyed I would have to sow a big elastic around the waist. But other than that seems great :) give them 3 stars because I still had to wait forever and they only sent it after I left a bad review.

Ann at the customer service department. Was absolutely awesome. She was the one shining light in my experience. Otherwise I would give this company a lower rating. Thank goodness I was able to get her to help me figure out what was going on with my order. And more than helpful.
I put an order in October to this company. I have not received it 5 months later. I have asked for a refund which they say they cannot do. Is this really an american website as I cant believe that is even possible these days. Every month I send them an email and get the same stupid response. Really????? just give me back my money!!!! A crowd of crooks.

I purchased a First Period Kit for a child halfway around the world. Anne from Ruby Love helped me every step of the way, from converting sizes, changing the style of brief, and explaining accessories I was trying to decide about. She also made GREAT suggestions that helped me get the best value!
Also, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Ruby Love products, just as much as my family members do whom I purchase them for! We are never disappointed! We are always thrilled with performance! They have given comfort and security to my nieces. Now, their lifestyles don’t have to change because of a period. They can swim whenever, have sleepovers whenever, lounge whenever and always feel confident in their hygiene. And NO LEAKS!!! The products also save loads of money by being able to wash the reusable double sided pads! We are thrilled with Ruby Love! And want to share this with EVERYONE who has a girl in their lives.
I did a subscription plus a order over 2 months ago paid everything have emailed they said we are looking into it. This is 4 times have requested any information
or refund. They said we ship out 20th of each month. I am still waiting. Asked for refund still no reply seems like a scam 😕

I ordered from RubyLove, got a voicemail that they did not have the item I ordered. However, I got billed for the item as soon as the order got placed! I emailed their custmer service 5 times over the last 3 months in order to request a refund, but have not heard back. I left numerous messages on the customer service number, nobody ever called me back.The item that I ordered was never sent out to me, but I got billed for it. Will be escalating this issue to my credit card.

I ordered two pieces of bikini five weeks ago. After two and half weeks I received only one piece for which I had to pay 25 EUR duty fee as I am from Slovakia, so this one piece didn’t cost me 69 dollars, but almost 100 EUR. Now I am waiting for another piece more than 5 weeks and if it arrives sometime or at least, I will have to pay another duty fee. I would never order from this company, if I knew this before.

Updating AGAIN because RubyLove replied to my review stating they shipped the exchange and I have now received it but they shipped it weeks after I already asked for it to be cancelled and a refund to be applied and me having to file a claim with my CC for a refund because their team just pushed out the resolution. If a customer asks for a refund and you instead still ship something, you didn’t resolve anything. You’re just being shady and trying to act like you did the right thing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND

I ordered my product over a month ago and the sizing was off compared to other brands I purchased so I requested to exchange. My returned item has been with them for 3 weeks now and I still have no insight on the status fo that or my new item. I’ve been told to be patient for a week now and keep getting the same blanket replies with no resolution. I’ve finally asked to just cancel it all and for a refund and that has also taken multiple days to get resolved… as a customer I’ve had to follow up with them over and over, there is absolutely no proactiveness . Coming from customer service myself I try to be patient and understand what is happening behind the scenes but this is truly one of the worst situations I’ve dealt with.
Plus after purchasing from other brands and seeing the first pair of ruby love, I can tell the quality is just subpar so again.. do yourself a favor and just buy somewhere else.

Suit ordered 14 Jan and full payment accepted by Ruby Love. When hadn't shipped by 4 Feb, emailed customer service. Immediate email back that it would ship within a few days. Received an email 5 Feb that they had left me a message on 1/19 that suit was out of stock (no voice mail ever received, no email sent or received, and this was not mentioned after my initial follow-up). On 7 Feb, I gave an alternative style, which they confirmed the same day. As of 17 Feb, the replacement hadn't shipped, so I asked for a refund. As of 25 Feb, no refund has been received, so I escalated this with my credit card company. Since requesting a refund, I ordered from a competitor and have already received the order. Lesson learned.

I never write reviews, but I just wanted to share my experience. I had returned a couple of items for size exchange/replacement, and I had lost my tracking number. Ann at customer service was wonderful and was able to help me navigate my return issue. They are an excellent company with excellent customer service. You can actually call and speak to a real representative, which is hard to find in today’s world. Their products are high-quality, and I will be a return customer in the future. I can’t speak highly enough of this company.

I order a swimsuit on January 3rd, after my purchase they called me and said it’s in back order.
It’s mid February and I didn’t get my swimsuit. I’ll never buy again! They show itens in stock at the website, but they don’t have it!

I ordered $106 worth of merchandise on Dec. 29. I still have not received my products, six weeks later. I have asked for a refund because I ordered from another company (and received that order within a week!). Customer service just sends the same canned response that my case has been escalated. I have opened a claim with paypal to get my money back and they still haven't responded. If they don't respond in 7 more days, at least I know paypal will refund me. Horrible customer service!
I ordered a suit for my daughter in November. Due to the shipping time that was disclosed after purchase, I asked to return the suit. I was told at that time the suit was being shipped.
Two days later o received a call saying the suit was on back order. At this point o canceled my order.
3 months later I have not received a refund. I have emailed and called and the canned response has been “ we have elevated your concern”
This organization has no accountability and has repeatedly been dishonest.
I paid 200$ for this suit. Save yourself a headache and use a different company.
Rubylove has wonderful merchandise that holds up to washing and wear.
I had a recent challenge with a back order item. The company responded to my concerns and was able to provide a substitute for the item that was initially ordered. I let this one issue cloud my positive experiences I have had over several years of being a customer. I am so happy that they are still the same company with the same values as the brand I fell in love with years ago.
