We had (and continue to have) a terrible experience with this company. Do not order from here. Sizing online is confusing, orders didn't arrive on time or at all and then they would only give store credit and not full refunds for items we never received after waiting weeks. Customer service is responsive to emails but the level 1 support team never has any answers. They always just say they are forwarding your request to the correct people. Very disappointed. Roo bad because I think they have a decent product and they were one of the first to market. Definitely would never order from here again.
I've already provided all requested information (again) after rubylove response below and still they have not refunded my order or responded. If I could give a zero, I would.

I ordered multiple products at the beginning of June, and they have not shipped anything. 1.5 months later! I have asked for a refund numerous times, and they only respond that they have escalated the issue and will follow up. This is theft.

I hesitate to even give them 1 star....I ordered several swim bottoms a month ago for my daughter going to summer camp and I still have not received them. I reached out to them asking about the delay and they said they were sorry for my 'frustration' but had no real answer as to why or when the items would arrive. Now I have asked for a refund and to cancel the order and am getting no response. Terrible customer service...and they should be ashamed of themselves for selling products that would hopefully be of benefit to already fragile teenage girls looking for a swim option during their periods.

Ordered a month ago. Took money out of my account. They said 5 to 7 days shipping g time. Emailed them to find out that they did not have my size in stock and will ship when it does come in. Told them I do not want to wait- if you took my money then I should either have product or a refund. Neither has happened. Looks like I won’t get either according to other reviews. PLEASE do not order from them!!!!!

I had ordered from this website a few times before and everything went well. All orders were under $100 and they came quickly and always what I ordered.
This time, I ordered over $100 worth of goods in December and waited. And waited. And waited. I checked online towards the end of January and it said it would be delivered soon. I waited more because it was the beginning of the year and they may have gotten behind in shipping.
In February, it had the same message. In March, it said delivered. It was NOT delivered. I emailed customer service and they said they would look into it. That’s it- I never received anything and I guess they are still looking into it.
I really liked their products, but I will NOT be taken for over $100 and remain silent. I could see if it was taken care of, then I would’ve continued to use them. But I have to wonder if they are a scam.

Horrible scam company, horrible customer service!! Bought my daughter $100 bathing suit that didn't fit. They would not refund the money. I could only send back for an exchange. Then they said they received it too late. It was never worn. Three emails, three calls to customer service and never responded to rectify the situation.

I have been trying for 2 months to get a refund on orders that were processed and I was charged for that I never received. I tried back and forth emails with no luck. This company is horrible to try and get products from and horrible to get a refund. I only gave 1 star because i had to give them something. Do NOT buy from Ruby Love

I placed my first and only order on March 7, 2024; as of June 17, 2024, I am still waiting for a shipping notice or any honest communication with the company. I have sent five emails to the company regarding my order, only to receive some version of "escalate the matter" and no real answer as to where my order is or how they are going to rectify the situation.
It took me more than a month to find out that the order was never shipped, as I had to ask for a tracking number. I thought I had accidentally deleted it, but I was informed that the order had not been shipped due to a "higher volume of orders than anticipated." I could understand a day or two, but three months...come on! Some of my items were from the discontinued/sale area, so they wouldn't be back-ordered, as they claimed.
After five emails and three months, I have requested a refund.
The customer service here leaves much to be desired!
ETA: They contacted me quickly to get more details. I provided them within a few hours. I will leave more information as the situation unfolds.
ETA2: I responded with all the requested information and have not heard back after 2 weeks. Due to the lack of response, I have asked my credit card for a refund.

On April 21st I ordered swim bottoms for my daughter. One minute after I completed the order for the swim bottoms, I get an email from Rubylove stating that my ordered was "updated" and a pair of XXS leggings was added on to my order. I did NOT order the leggings. No one in my house could even wear those. I contacted Rubylove customer support and got a reply back from "Clarissa" stating that the order could not be changed being as it was being prepped for shipping and I was referred to Rubylove's return policy. I replied back stating that in no way was I going to be paying for an item that I did not order, would be sending it back when it arrived, and would expect a full refund for the item. "Clarissa" replied back to me stating that the issue was being escalated and I would hear back from Rubylove. I never heard back from them. A week or so later I get my order from Rubylove and the only item in the package is what I actually ordered - the swim bottoms. There are no leggings that I was charged over $70 for. I contact Rubylove right away and screenshot all of my emails for supporting evidence. I get another reply from "Clarissa" that is almost verbatim what her original to me was when I first contacted Rubylove regarding this. I email back and call her out on the fact that her email was nearly verbatim to what the original one was and get a reply back that, once again, my issue was being escalated and I would hear back from Rubylove. I never did. I tried calling customer support several times only to be prompted to leave a message. After that, I decided to no longer go through Rubylove as there was something seriously wrong with the company. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and, after several lengthy phone calls with my credit card company over the last 6 weeks, the dispute is now closed and the charge has been reversed.
There is something very wrong with this company. To have an item automatically added to an order is inexcusable. I have read other reviews that mentioned dealing with Clarissa. Based on my experience, I have to wonder if Clarissa is an automated customer service system. It is either that, she is working from a strict script, or she is woefully incompetent.
I will never order from Rubylove again. It is a shame because they have quality products, but they basically tried to steal from me. I have never experienced customer service this bad. There are other companies out there that offer similar products.

I have ordered from Ruby Love in the past and love their product. The swimsuits are great and work well. But I recently placed 3 orders (and spent quite a bit of money) and so far have received 2 of them so far. Both orders have been wrong!
The first order was missing items and so customer service said they would send out the missing items, which is great but they are sending out the wrong items! I have contacted them again regarding this and I have received a "will get back to you" type of response.
On the other order the size was wrong and the extra pads I ordered were washed and used with post it notes stuck to them! YUCK!
I needed the swimsuit for a competition so paid extra for expedited shipping. Their policy is no refunds only exchanges so I'm stuck trying to get this resolved. I only hope its in time for the competition. Please by very wary when ordering from this company and my advice would be to only order if you have 6 months or longer to get your order and to get it correct.

I should have read the reviews here but at the same time, I do not understand how this business has and above 1-star rating and is still in existence! I am in the process of filing a claim with my credit card company as I have never received my order (ordered in December 2023!!!) and never received a refund. I have contacted their support and received some responses that keep saying they are looking into it but then absolutely nothing!!!!

I ordered a pair of swimwear bikini bottoms...they were too small. Per the exchange policy, I returned them unwashed/ unworn for a bigger size. I mailed them priority mail Apr3 2024 and tracking shows they were delivered Apr 8 2024. I have not received a replacement, refund or credit. I had to reach out to customer service via email and have only received a couple of responses that my order/ exchange was being " looked into". It is now one month since I sent back my order and I still do not have any answers for my exchange. I am EXTREMLY disappointed right now. I tried calling the phone number to customer service only to be able to leave a voice mail. The bikini bottoms are close to $80...that isn't something I just want brush off. I just need a bigger size. That's all. Not satisfied with customer service.
Also..just read another review below that states the same problem I am having. I have only had email responses from a " Clarissa " and I have a feeling it is an auto/ AI reply. I feel totally scammed. Shipping IS very slow. Product may have great reviews bit if you don't like it or it isn't the right customer service IS not highly rated.

I placed an order in Oct 2023 for a vacation I was taking in December of that year. I never received part of that order, and I was never notified the reason I never received it. The item was on back order unbeknownst to me. I had to call them to get this information. Needless to say, it’s May 2024 and I still never received the item or heard from this company. I called probably 5x to find out about this one back ordered item. Finally in March 2024 I asked for a refund. I have Been given the run around each and every time I called by their rude manager Anne. After being told 3x by this woman she is not in the “refund department” and can’t explain why it’s taken so long to refund me, she assured back in early April my refund was at the top of the pile. What a joke! FINALLY today 5/3/2024 (after still NOT hearing from them, receiving my refund or item) I called again and just like magic Anne was able to refund me (even though it’s not her department) while on the phone with me! I asked her why after she told me the last time we spoke my refund was next in line and at the top of the pile and yet I’m still having to call them for it, she so rudely and abruptly told me “she’s not arguing with me today” and when I went address her again she yelled at the top of her lungs at me hung up on me after I yelled back! This company is so unprofessional and pathetic! I’ll never be using them again and you should think twice about it! You get what you pay for. THINX is where I will be ordering my children’s garments.
I have ordered from RubyLove in the past and it was a great experience. Shipping a little slow, but not excessively. Product quality and fit were good, ran on the small side.
Placed a 2nd, much larger, order on April 7. It has been sitting marked as fulfilled since April 8. It is May 1, the order should have been received within 2 weeks based on the details on their website. I have reached out by email twice and have tried calling the customer service line I don't know how many times - each time receiving the message that the lines are busy and to call back or reach out via email.
I would not recommend placing an order at this time.

I ordered a swimwear bundle for my daughter and paid $46.63 extra for 2-day express shipping so that we could have it before our family vacation. Not only did I not receive my package in 2 days like I paid extra for, but I still have not received it one month later. This is despite several phone calls and multiple emails. 2.5 weeks after placing the order, I received a message saying that what I ordered was on back order and I needed to order a substitute. I emailed several times, called multiple times (always going to voicemail) and left a message saying that I do not want a substitute. I just want my money back. In summary, I paid money, I paid extra for 2-day express shipping, they never shipped it, and they don't even have it in stock, yet my credit card was charged on the day that it was ordered.

I ordered a swimsuit and was charged $7.95 shipping even though my order was over $100. Per their shipping policies, it should have been free. My coupon code also did not apply. I called customer service several times and emailed them. I was finally was able to talk to Ann who told me that she would cancel my order after she was unable to adjust the shipping charge or price, but the refund would take around 10 days. A couple of weeks later, I followed up and I always receive a response a day or two later that they are looking into it. Well, I received a USPS message today (nearly 3 weeks after my conversation with Ann) saying my order that was supposedly cancelled will be delivered today. I wish I would have read the plentiful negative reviews about this company before ordering. I doubt that I will ever see my $100+ again. At the time of my review, there are 516 one-star reviews. It's hard to believe this company is still in business.
Do yourself a favor and order from KT by Knix. I ordered a swimsuit from them at the same time as my Ruby Love order and received the order quickly without issue. I actually needed to return one of the items and it was very easy. There is a nice return link on their website that is easy to find and use. When I submitted my return, I received a message saying to donate my item and no need to ship it back! If this was Ruby Love, I would be waiting weeks or months for a refund. Also, KT by Knix swimsuits are very nice quality.
Update: It is May 17th and I'm still receiving a response back to each email saying that they have "escalated my case". No refund yet.

Ruby love has my back! I'm going on a trip soon and I will likely have my period at that time. I ordered a special swimsuit so I could enjoy myself without worry. This is my second suit. My first suit I always get many compliments each time I wear it! Super stylish! I had to exchange my current order and the staff were so helpul! They made the exchange easy and I really appreciated it. I can't wait to try on my new swim suit and be super stylish poolside without worry. Thank you Ruby love! I have young daughters, and when it's their time, I plan to be prepared with the first time kits and all the things! I wish I had this when I was little.
Please heed this warning and save yourself a lot of hassle...do not buy anything from RubyLove. I have spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve an issue with this company to no avail. I purchased two swim bottoms from RubyLove based on their sizing chart provided. When they arrived, the sizing was completely off (they wouldn't have even fit my teen daughter). In addition, they were cheaply made (each swim bottom cost $69.99). I reached out to the company and asked if I could return them for a refund. They explained that due to sanitary reasons, I could not return them, but could send them back for store credit. They received my return on March 19th. They emailed me confirmation of this return. It is now April 11th and I still have not received store credit despite dozens of emails, voicemails and a plethora of phone calls over the past few weeks to their non-existent customer service. The canned response I received over and over again from "Clarissa" in customer service (who I am convinced is a bot), is that they apologize for the delay and they will "escalate my case to the team that handles store credit". The policy on their website states that store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days after receiving the return. It has now been 23 days and I have yet to receive store credit. This company is a complete scam with terrible customer service and I hope this review saves someone else the headache and hassle of ordering from RubyLove.
