Terrible customer service. I ordered on 8/9 for instock items. On 9/3 I requested as update as the website listed my order status as Fulfilled. Still not shipment and no explanation beyond the warehouse being too busy. I contacted them again on 9/9 requesting a refund of my order. I was told my request had been escalated to the next team. On 9/16 I contacted them again, same story. On 9/17 I miraculously get a shipping notification for an order that I had now requested a refund twice. I immediately contacted customer service to let them know I would be returning this to sender. She linked the return policy which states no return on my items. I will NEVER order from this company again.

took 45 days to receive my order. then the order had wrong items and the size chart on the actual page of the underwear is so wrong its not even funny. save yourself time, energy and frustration and go buy a different brand off amazon. way better shipping and customer service.

So it seems as if I am not the only one scammed by this company - I should have read the reviews!
I first placed an order on 31 July. I received an email saying it had been shipped (with no tracking details) on 8 August. Fast forward to the 28 August - no communication with the company and no order received. I have since sent a number of emails asking about my order - apparently a high volume of orders, order has not been shipped, longer-than-normal processing times (despite me getting an email saying it had been shipped)- no spontaneous communication about any of this other than responses to my emails.
I asked for a refund on 29 August (because of the longer-than-normal processing times)- 15 September and I am still waiting to hear if I get a refund. Would never use again!
UPDATE: once I started a transaction dispute with my credit card - suddenly the items I ordered are on their way! Only 2 months after the first order went in! I don't want the items - I want my money back you scam of a company!

Really wish I had read all the reviews of this company before I ordered. I now agree that this is a total scam of a company. I ordered a bundle (four pairs of underwear) and needed to exchange size - - BTW the sizing chart is way wrong! I contacted the company so I could send the incorrect sizes (clean and unworn) back for exchange, knowing that I would be expected to pay return shipping. I was given the runaround that they did not have the correct sizes in stock. So I waited, and waited, and waited... over two months later... I received just two (of the orginal fours pairs of underwear). I reached out to them AGAIN! I've contacted customer service no less than a dozen times in 2 months and they won't do anything to correct the issue or refund for the discrepancy. So... no correction of the exchange, no refund... nothing. I will NEVER order from them. I mean it... NEVER!!! It's not worth it!!! They stole my money and claim that they are escalating the concern over and over again!!! I have contacted the BBB and my credit card company.
Update (9/9/24): While the company may think that including a generic reply to this review is in some way satisfactory, this concern has still not been adddressed or resolved. I have corresponded countless times already with this company in an effort to resolve a simple product exchange and do not wish to call them again. All future communication will by done in writing.
Update #2 (9/29/24): Only after posting my reviews and eliciting help from the BBB, I was shipped 2 pairs of underwear as “replacements” but they were completely the wrong sizes. It’s like they just picked two random sizes and threw them in the mail?!?! Contacted the company and, yet again, I am caught in a never ending spiral of trivial communication and empty promises! Shocking!?!?! Issue still not resolved! I will never order again!!!
Update #3 (10/14/24): RubyLove has been contacted by my credit card company to dispute the charges. Still waiting for resolution as RubyLove has not replied to the credit card company either. Consider this... there is a reason that RubyLove does not allow reviews on their website!
Update #4 (11/17/24): It's finally over!!! BBB has given RubyLove an "F" rating for their failure to reply to correspondence. My credit card company was able to secure a refund for me!!! I am done with RubyLove FOREVER!!!

Not good experience with them! Ordered my product way back in March, and it didn't ship for months... Contacted them a few times even with months in between to always get the same answer and they will "contact me" with updates and never did.
Only after I decided to start the refund process with paypal they, oh miracle, sent the product out instantly without delay or any problems!
Finally got my stuff but not worth the stress and won't be ordering anymore. I thank paypal that they finally ended up sending my order at all or I have no idea how much longer this would have gone on.

This year my daughter wanted a swimsuit for holiday and ordered it. We were sent black pants instead. When I emailed I was asked to send photos etc of package, which I did. Then had to post back before they would send swimsuit. Postage was NZ$29 and I had to send photos of package with post and address , which I did. We finally got the swimsuit, long after holiday was over as this took months! Now I am waiting to hear how they will reimburse the postage I paid for their mistake. A credit is of no use as I don't wish to order from them again after this experience. Be aware.

Update: I did contact them. They claimed to "escalate" and then I heard nothing. So their reply to my original review was a red herring. Stay away. (end update) This place is scammy. We ordered two suits. Got no confirmation. No information. Time went by. Several weeks later, I reached out to them to say "never mind" since they hadn't sent anything at all, and it was too late for us to use it. They reply and say "oh, we'll ship it sometime soon, and no, you cannot cancel." I argued back but they just kept saying no, they must ship it. At one point, they said they escalated my complaint, but nothing happened. Then we got a shipping confirmation. Several days passed, and of course, the package eventually showed up when we were on vacation. Quality of product is poor, flimsy and thin and looks a bit scandalous. Shame on them for not letting us cancel.

I will never order from these people again. I placed an order for 2 swimwear bottoms on July 29. On Aug, 1 I received a shipment notification. By Aug. 22, I still had not received the items. I contacted customer support and was told that the shipping notification was a glitch and that they were backed up with orders. A week later, I finally got my order but it was missing an item and the one sent was too small. I contacted customer support again, telling them in detail what happened. They, person's name was Clarissa, replied asking for more details about what was sent and what wasn't. I replied with the same details. Then, I received a message asking for a picture of the items and the packing slip. I sent a picture of the items and explained that no packing slip was included. I also asked how hard it was for them to send the missing item and let me return the one that doesn't fit? A minute later I received a reply saying that the missing item will be sent, but I have my doubts about that, and a link to go to to initiate an exchange/return. If I was supposed to go to a specific link, why didn't they send that in the first place.
I will not be ordering from this company again. Their customer service is horrible and their shipping department is incompetent. I'm basically out of $160 for nothing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM RUBYLOVE!! I placed two orders with this company. One on August 8 and one on August 10, 2024. I immediately received not one but two confirmation emails on each order. On August 13, I received two emails stating that my orders had shipped but no tracking information was provided. On August 23, I contacted customer service regarding my orders because I had not yet received them. I thought they may have been lost in transit. I received an immediate automated response email stating they had more than expected orders and that I would receive an email when they shipped. I responded that I had already received shipment emails but no tracking number was provided. Finally, after back and forth emails, customer experience team member said that there was a glitch in their shipping system and my orders had NOT been shipped at all. Then said that some items had been on back order. I explained that, at the time of purchase, I did not see that any items were on back order! Horrible customer service company!

Total scam of a company. I needed to exchange sizes and sent the incorrect sizes back. I received notification that they were received, but the company never sent the correct sizes. I've contacted customer service no less than 10 times in 6 months and they won't do anything to correct the issue. No exchange, no refund... nothing. DO NOT order from them. They will steal your money.

Very interesting to read the latest reviews. Something indeed did happen with this company. Mid-June I placed an order. Received a confirmation that order was received, and I would be informed when the order was shipped. Come Mid-August no e-mail that the order was shipped. (It does say on the website 1-2 weeks for the order to be delivered.) We were traveling for the summer so I assumed the order would be there when I returned. No order at the house so I e-mailed customer service. They tell me that they had a lot of orders and were backed up...1-2 weeks to 2 months? I informed them that I live overseas and that I did not have a way of getting this item (was supposed to be delivered to my parents' home.) I asked if it could be mailed to me where I live since it was there fault of NO communication that the order would be delayed. Before they even responded I get a shipping notice so they could say it was shipped and not have to ship overseas. (I was returning 2 days later so no way I could receive the item unless they overnighted it, which they did not offer any other faster shipping to make the situation right.) I went back and forth with the customer rep Clarissa how this was in their error...lack of communication and lack of shipping on time. She stuck to the story of it was out of her hands as it was shipped. Very disappointed. Now to see if the product quality has dropped as well.

I received a message that my order had shipped but there was no tracking number. A week later I contacted Ruby Love for a tracking number and the response was they had a heavy order time frame and by product was in the warehouse and would be shipped soon. I responded that I had already received a message that the product had shipped and I need a tracking number. Crickets.

Bad. Their products are of poor design and poor quality. They are also more than happy to harass you illegally.
Months after placing an order, I am receiving almost twice daily promotional emails. The unsubscribe link is not a link, just text. I have asked Ruby Love to unsubscribe me SEVEN times and they just continue to email promotional material. A rep has confirmed that my request has been forwarded to the relevant team, yet the emails continue. The rep says there's nothing else she can do. At this point, Ruby's continued emails constitute harassment under the Spam Act 2003.
Do not give this company your money or contact details because you will have a bad, bad time.

This company cheated me out of over $200, and they don't care. I ordered products several weeks ago, and they haven't shipped anything to me. They provide no explanation for that. I have emailed with them so many times, and they simply reply that someone will follow up with me. I finally talked with someone this week who said that they would call me back. That didn't happen. They don't deserve any stars. This is criminal activity. They will NOT give my money back. I was rudely told that I'd have to drop the chargeback case with my bank before they will refund my money. Ironically, the only reason that I have a chargeback case is because they won't refund my money. The money that they lose from the poor reviews will be more than what they are cheating us out of. It's too bad that they don't realize that or care.

Absolutely terrible! Placed an order this morning bc I had a $70 credit ( for unsatisfactory products I ordered last Christmas so this was a store credit) the promo code spot to enter gc never appeared during checkout and I was charged 92.03 ! I immediately try to contact to cancel! Long story short ; company was rude and would not give me a refund! Never buy from this company! Quality WAS fantastic when my daughter was 11 , now at 18 the company is terrible! Quality is Not the same!

I ordered period swimwear for my daughter, with expedited international shipping - her period was late and I wanted to make sure she would be able to swim comfortably during our planned vacation if her period happened. Where we live, you can't get period swimwear. I paid over 200 $ for shipping, to guarantee we would receive the product before we departed. It came WEEKS after the promised delivery date yet they charged me the full expedited international shipping fee. Defeated the purpose of ordering, since we didn'thave the product before we left. If they can't guarantee the arrival time advertised on the site, they shouldn't advertise it. There was no explanation, no apology, no communication. I wrote the customer service 4 times to ask for a refund of the shipping fee, the response is that they will get to my matter when they can. No indication when that might be - it has been six weeks of follow up. I will not be buying from RubyLove again.

It only took four months to get my order! And that was after trying to talk to their customer service on the phone- which they don't ever answer. Oh, and nevermind that I emailed them several times asking where my order was. Nevermind that I canceled the order because it was taking several months to get it! Nevermind that I had to open a dispute with my credit card company for lack of response from RubyLove. My credit card company gave me a temporary credit but once RL finally shipped it FOUR months later, I was responsible to pay for the order that I CANCELED. RL would not allow me to return it for a refund, even though I requested a cancelation. They offered an in-store credit. Now, why would I ever want to do that after all I've been through? Don't take my word for it, check out BBB reviews!
