Purchased Amelie chair
Purchased Amelie chair. Photos suggest mid tone oak. The chair is actually dark. Pretty chair in design but colour shown in photos very misleading. Request sample of wood before purchasing.

Still waiting for my delivery
Still waiting for my delivery. For a company which has such beautiful things, it’s a shame they picked Evri as their standard delivery company. Waiting over a week now for my parcel due to the incompetence of Evri. Sadly won’t be ordering again if they are the standard delivery option.

Extremely slow to process refunds
Extremely slow to process refunds: I've been waiting two weeks and counting since returning an item. I contacted customer services last week and they promised the refund 'very soon'... it's a week later and still no refund. Doesn't feel like a trustworthy company - and to add insult to injury, they charge you an expensive return fee to cover their postage! Won't be using again.

Hi Sefton, we are truly sorry for the delay you've experienced. We think we have established the order you're referring to (which is under a different name) and can see that it has been received by our warehouse but not yet processed. We agree the wait is unacceptable and are addressing this with them, and have also passed your refund to our accounts team to be put through today. Please accept our apologies for the unintended inconvenience and disappointment caused; we're a small team and we take it very personally when we let a customer down, and should you choose to return to us in the future I'm confident that you would find the experience very different.

Bonnie blue cotton lampshade
I have been looking for a mid blue lampshade in a mid blue colour for quite a while and happened to come across Rowen and Wren. The Bonnie blue cotton lampshade is lovely. Well made and edged in a stripe fabric which adds a slightly quirky edge. It fits my lamp base perfectly and the colour is exactly what I wanted! Love it and I am just about to order a second one. Easy ordering, quick and efficient delivery and packaging very good.

Returning Customer
Had a great experience buying from Rowen and Wren recently. Bought a small bench made from old oak, which I'd had my eye on for a while and was being discontinued. It is a beautiful, characterful and versatile piece of furniture. It looks great and will work well as a seat or a side table. A real talking point - I'm very happy with it.
