Nothing much

Nothing much, I feel its a fake company. The best part is they don't have any phone contact details.
You can contact them only via chat and that's operated by bots.

Could not manage to delivery an order placed in January this year. Never go for this company as an advice from myside. People should take some legal action against this company.

It is such a bad company with 0 customer service. I have returned my item, and they have recieved it, but I have waited more than 3 months (when they promised me 30 days) and have still not gotten a refund. Really pathetic service from what I thought was a good company.

Horrible horrible customer service

Horrible horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY this product. absolutely waste of money. I bought the rotimatic next (the newest model). it took months to ship. once it arrived the water dispenser had an issue. they will send you YouTube video to dismantle the entire dispenser, which given its plastic and can break easily with small spring parts, i will never recommend anyone trying.
After a month of back and forth i was able to get a teams meeting to show them the issue that the water dispenser stops mid way making rotis and the system was too tight for me to open all the parts. they said they will open a case and replace the water dispenser and it should arrive in 2 weeks. It's been more than a month and they have not yet shipped. They send emails from CEO saying they are facing product issue etc. but still dont have the replacement part shipped. there 24x7 customer service is one response probably in 12-24 hrs in the middle of the night in US. 30 day return policy is virtually non existent since it takes over 30 day to even get the thing to work if you face issue. The few rotis i was able to make before the issue were not bad. but its customer service is just horrible. no accountability, nothing. I urge anyone reading this to never buy this product. Total waste of your money.

I bought rotimatic in August 2026

I bought rotimatic in August 2026. It worked semi reliably for 8 months, breaking down every now and then. The customer support is pathetic, you have to wait weeks to even schedule a remote call. Then after 8 months, it broke down completely.
I tried to talk to them every day and after 2 weeks finally was able to show them the problem. They insist on a live call to even acknowledge the issue. Thankfully the agent was nice and agreed that the problem was genuine.They agreed to replace the product. Since then, there has been no response and they have gone silent. Every 2 weeks they say that their return process has a snag, but no mention of why they can't send a replacement.

Keep sending emails no response , it is shit company I ever seen . Only know who’s to check the customer and get the money out from them .

Dough Cup

I've been using my Rotimatic since 2020, and to be fair, the machine itself has been fine – no issues at all. This review is about their customer service, which has been a huge disappointment.

The dough cups wear out faster than I'd expect, but fine – wear and tear happens. The real problem started when I ordered a replacement back in April. The stated delivery time was 4–6 weeks. Months later, my order still hasn't even been dispatched. The status just says "confirmed" with no further updates.

After chasing them through multiple channels, all I got was an email saying they're "working on it" and I'll be notified when the parcel is dispatched. I'm still waiting for both that notification and the parcel itself.

What good is an expensive machine if you can't use it because a replacement part never arrives? If you're considering a Rotimatic, factor in that spare parts and support may leave you stranded.

I’m disappointed with the lack of…

I’m disappointed with the lack of progress on my Rotimatic return request. I contacted your support team within the 30-day return period on 01-February, and a return reference number was created for my case. Since then, I’ve been repeatedly told that there is a technical issue in creating a Return Label. It’s now been over five months, and I still haven’t received any return instructions or a timeline for resolution.

Global scammers

Global scammers, stay away.

We purchased, at first we thought we were fortunate to have received the machine but turned out it was faulty. After more than a year they agreed to take it back, we shipped it back. Since then neither replacement nor refund. Have been chasing courts but to no avail as these guys have registration in Singapore hence local court orders cannot be enforced.

It is a global scam. And someone should take note of it to bring justice to hundreds of thousands who have been acammed by them

Just stay away!!

Returned 3 months ago and no refund

My Rotimatic order was delayed by 45 days. During that time, I repeatedly contacted customer service to cancel the order due to additional delay but they did not acknowledge my request. Whenever I asked about canceling, they would simply stop responding to the chat.

When the machine finally arrived, I was disappointed with the quality of the rotis from the very first day. I immediately contacted customer service through both their website and chat to start the return process. After nearly 20 days of constant follow-ups, I finally received a return shipping label.

I shipped the machine back the same day I received the label using a UPS drop-off, well within the 30-day return window. The return was completed in May 2026.

Despite returning the product months ago, I still have not received my refund. I have made more than 100 attempts to contact customer service through chat and email over the past three months, but I have received no response.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend trusting their return process. They accepted the returned machine but have still not processed my refund.

If i could give zero star , i will do it .

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service

I am extremely dissatisfied with Rotimatic's customer service. This has been one of the worst customer support experiences I have ever had.
My first machine arrived defective and had to be replaced. When the replacement finally arrived, it was a different color from the one I originally purchased, which was disappointing and never properly explained.
Now the replacement machine has had a broken stirrer for over two months. The product is still under warranty, yet I have been unable to get any meaningful support. I have sent multiple emails, submitted chat messages, and repeatedly tried to contact customer service, but nobody responds to my concerns. My inquiries are simply being ignored.
When customers spend a significant amount of money on a premium appliance, they expect reliable support when problems arise. Instead, I have experienced defective products, long delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of responsiveness.
The machine may be useful when it works, but if something goes wrong, don't expect timely assistance or customer care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Rotimatic due to their extremely poor after-sales support and failure to honor warranty-related service requests.
Pros: Convenient when functioning properly.
Cons: Defective units, replacement issues, broken parts, unresponsive customer service, ignored emails and chat requests, poor warranty support.

Very bad management – just looting people. Do not buy a Rotimatic. It is the worst product I have ever purchased.

This is the worst experience I've ever had. I bought my original Rotimatic in 2023, but it was faulty from the beginning. The dough got stuck every time, causing constant problems. Instead of replacing the defective machine, they kept patching it up with temporary fixes.

After just two years, the machine completely stopped working. I wasted around £1,600 for nothing.

To make matters worse, there is no customer support in the UK. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.

Despite that, I ordered the Rotimatic Next because my family needs fresh chapatis and I can't make them myself. Unfortunately, I have been left waiting for a refund instead.

See the result—I'm still waiting for my refund. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Rotimatic customer service

I bought Rotimatic in Dec 2025, it took 3.5 months to arrive. The machine worked well for 2 months and then all off a sudden, it stopped working in the middle of making roti. The machine just won't turn on. I have tried everything including what Rotimatic suggested. The customer service is absolutely terrible. After multiple emails, I get one reply. I have been waiting for a Return Label for 1 month. There is no phone number to contact. This company is just absolutely horrible and I would not recommend anyone buy it. $1500 in the drain !! This company should shut down and be sued.

The dough catcher broke

The dough catcher broke, and dealing with customer service has been a nightmare. I contacted them more than 20 times with almost no response. After weeks of chasing them, they promised to send a replacement part, but it’s been over two months and I still haven’t received it.

Poor product, terrible customer service, and broken promises. Save your money and buy from a company that actually stands behind its products.

I bought a Rotimatic because it promised convenience, but unfortunately the after-sales service has been one of the worst I've experienced.

My machine has a clear alignment issue where the plastic flour cup repeatedly cracks because it hits the base of the rotor. I explained the problem multiple times and even helped their support team understand exactly what was happening, but nothing was done to resolve what appears to be a known fault.

The final straw was being asked to book a support call 15 days in advance, only for nobody from Rotimatic to join the appointment. I waited for five minutes before giving up. A few days later I even received a reminder as if I had missed the appointment, despite being the only person who actually turned up.

The whole reason people buy products like Rotimatic is to save time. Making customers wait weeks for support and then failing to attend your own scheduled appointment is simply unacceptable.

What's most disappointing is that this could have been handled easily. Instead, I've been left with a faulty machine, wasted time, and a complete loss of confidence in the company. As someone who was considering upgrading and recommending Rotimatic to friends and family, they've not only lost a loyal customer but also potential future sales.

The product concept is excellent, but customer service is what defines a premium brand. Based on my experience, Rotimatic has fallen far short of that standard.

I need urgent assistance with my Rotimatic. My machine has been experiencing issues for over a month, and despite multiple attempts to contact you via chat and email, I have received no response. I have always had a great experience with your support in the past, so this sudden lack of communication is very frustrating.

I am having a very bad experience with rotimatic. I placed my order for rotimatic next on 10/26/25 and received a damaged/ broken machine so I asked for a replacement which they agreed but the communication during the process of returning the damaged machine and getting a new one was very very bad and very frustrating so I ended up asking for refund and cancelling the order which they agreed and I even filled out the paperwork. Later they stopped communicating and even to date
( 6/28/26) I did not get my refund and all they say is the team changed we will look into the case even after I have all the emails promising my refund! Very very bad customer service! Company doesn’t care about the consumers. This is a fraud. Wound not recommend to anyone!

I have a sibling having exact same issues as me with this rotimatic next. Company needs to stop and reassess and make sure the customer issues are addressed before selling new units and focusing on profits.

Premium Price, Poor Reliability and Disappointing After-Sales Support

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after more than a year of dealing with this product and its support team, I feel other potential buyers deserve to know my experience.

I purchased a Rotimatic NEXT in April 2025 for approximately ₹1.46 lakh. Delivery itself took significantly longer than promised and required repeated follow-ups.

Unfortunately, my problems didnt end after the machine arrived.

The original machine developed a software fault within a month of use.
After weeks of chasing customer support, Rotimatic agreed to replace the machine.
The replacement machine's catcher broke during its very first operation.
Even getting the replacement catcher took weeks of repeated follow-ups.
Since then, the machine has never operated reliably. Roti quality has remained inconsistent, and almost every issue has required multiple conversations with support.
The catcher has now broken again, leading me to believe there may be a more fundamental design or alignment problem rather than an isolated part failure.

The most disappointing aspect has been the after-sales service.

I have interacted with numerous different support representatives over the past year. Every interaction starts from the beginning. The same photos, videos and explanations are requested repeatedly, while meaningful progress is extremely slow.

The in-app support chat often becomes unresponsive for days or weeks, and historical conversations are not retained, making it difficult to maintain continuity. Several of my emails received generic responses stating my case was being "prioritized," but the underlying issues remained unresolved.

For a premium appliance costing nearly ₹1.5 lakh, I expected premium quality and customer support. Instead, I have spent more time documenting issues, following up with support and waiting for responses than actually enjoying the product.

At the time of writing, I have lost confidence in the product and have requested either a complete machine replacement or a full refund.

One aspect that further disappointed me was the lack of visible, open customer discussion on many of Rotimatic's official social media channels. My own experience has been that it is much easier to find positive promotional content than genuine conversations about unresolved customer issues. I would therefore encourage prospective buyers to look at independent review platforms and consumer forums, rather than relying solely on the company's own channels, before making such a significant investment.
