Big Scam. One of the worst products I can imagine. Pls do not spend $$$ on it. Complete waste money and stress. I made 300+ rotis and machine collided during normal operation, they asked me to ship faulty machine to replace. Once shipping has been done, they totally disappeared, no response to chat on the app, no phone no to call, no response to emails ( even founder Pranoti is not responding to emails). They have unregistered Australian business entity as well. Unsure how Singapore is letting this company operate, given such strict laws are enforced. Stay away!!!

This is a scam .Machine is a piece of junk . We placed order 8months ago still stuck with them . No one is responding to your emails ,phones or chats. After placing order machine not arrived for more than 4months then I wanted to cancel. Finally they send the machine. It’s not making roti properly my kids were getting sick. They agreed to return. They emailed us with the fake and invalid return label and made up time for pickup. They made me to stay home for the whole day no one turned up. Then o find out from the star track they mentioned the details in email . They said the label is invalid. We have no lodgement or pick up arranged for this label. We r still stuck with the machine no one turned up to pick up . They asking us to wait for the logistics team to contact you directly in a month time .

Everytime it gets stuck it initiates from the start and takes 12 minutes to start making rotis. For the price I should give this machine a negative rating and not even 2. When it makes rotis it looks promising but you know next time you turn it on won’t be the same.

Pathetic customer support
Pathetic customer support. Did not receive my machine in time and I asked for cancellation and it did not happen as well. Finally showed up after 2 months of placing the order and customer support immediately reached to ask how was the experience. Had many issues with the machine and no one responded when asked for help. Waste of money and waste of kitchen counter space. Absolute nightmare. Stay away.
Machine failed after 15 days and no support after 3 months
I had worst experience with the product as it stopped working after 15 days of delivery. Price of good was over $2000. I bought 3 years of warranty. But they never supported us so far. It’s took us over 1.5 months to get a call from their representative after continuous follow-up and reaching their so called CEO over LinkedIn and even after the call with representative who promised to sent return label in 3 days. Even return label was never sent and it has been over 1.5 months to this call. I contacted split as I financed my rotimatic plus to refund my amount. I understand product may fail but their callous customer support really pissed me off and forced to write this review. I never give negative reviews and you really have to be worst to forced me write this. Their support falls in this category.

This machine is absolute trash, and the company behind it is even worse.
Mine broke, they approved a warranty replacement after so much of struggle to contact them, but it got stuck in customs as they didn't pay the duty, and then they completely ghosted me. No updates. No replies. No explanation. I emailed again and again, and they couldn't even be bothered to respond. They weren't trying to fix the problem. They were waiting for me to give up.
This isn't incompetent customer service. It's a disgusting way to treat customers. They drag things out, ignore you, and hope you eventually stop asking for what you're owed. I had to file a credit card dispute just to recover my money because they failed to deliver a working product or the replacement they promised.
The machine itself is frustratingly bad. It jams, makes inconsistent dough, demands constant cleaning, and barely saves any time. It's an overpriced piece of junk sold with promises it can't deliver.
Save yourself the frustration and stay as far away from this company as possible. They don't deserve your money, and they certainly don't deserve your trust. Buy a tawa instead. It'll outlast this machine and comes with better customer service, because at least it never ghosts you.

Worst product and customer service ever! My Rotimatic's dough catcher broke while the machine was running. I've been waiting **over 4 months** for a replacement part. They either don't respond for weeks or send the same generic reply saying they're experiencing high processing volumes and that the replacement will be dispatched "within a week" or "in two weeks." Four months later, there's still no replacement, no real update, and no accountability. I spent **over $1,000** on this machine, and it's been one issue after another. Save yourself the frustration and think twice before buying this product.

I purchased a Rotimatic Next on 17 December and received it on 20 March. Unfortunately, the machine was defective. During a support session, Rotimatic’s own team identified that a part was not working and told me they would contact me within 48 hours regarding the next steps. I received no follow-up.
I then contacted the company repeatedly through email and other available channels. Three separate support meetings were scheduled, and I joined each one on time, but nobody from their side attended.
After losing confidence in both the machine and the support process, I requested a return and full refund. Rotimatic/Zimplistic provided me with an official UPS return label, and I returned the machine using that label.
Despite returning the machine according to their instructions, I still have not received my refund or a clear written update confirming when it will be processed. The return process itself also encountered issues requiring UPS follow-up.
Because the matter remained unresolved despite extensive attempts to resolve it directly, I was eventually forced to initiate a formal payment dispute through my Belgian card provider. After reviewing my documents, the dispute process has now been taken forward with the merchant/bank.
This experience has consumed an unreasonable amount of my time. My dissatisfaction is not simply because a machine developed a fault—products can fail. The real problem is the repeated lack of reliable follow-up, missed scheduled meetings, poor communication, and the unresolved refund after I followed the company’s return process.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing the new Rotimatic machine.
First, the machine took nearly five months to arrive. When it finally did, it was not functional right out of the box. I spent weeks working with customer support through multiple troubleshooting sessions, but they were unable to fix the problem.
After all the unsuccessful troubleshooting, I was offered either a replacement machine or a refund. I agreed to proceed with a replacement, provided that if the replacement also had issues, I would be considered for a refund. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails. Although I was initially told that my case would be taken care of, it has now been **more than six weeks**, and I have received no meaningful update. My emails have gone unanswered, and I have neither received a replacement machine nor a refund.
What made this experience even more disappointing was that, during one of my interactions with customer support, a representative acknowledged my concerns and told me that they had been receiving many negative reviews about the new machine. The representative even suggested that I should request a refund instead. Hearing that from a member of the company's own support team significantly reduced my confidence in the product.
The lack of communication and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating. When you spend this much money on a premium appliance, you expect a quality product backed by reliable customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite.
Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a Rotimatic to thoroughly research the product and the company's customer support before making a decision. The machine I received never worked, customer service was unable to resolve the issue despite multiple attempts, and after promising a replacement or refund, the company stopped responding. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.
Poor Customer service for parts
Placed an order for a part, was told it would be shipped in 2 weeks and now over 12 weeks down, I am still waiting for my parts.
Sent numerous emails to a non existent customer service, after 5 emails I got a reply for one email promising me the parts would arrive in another two weeks and now after 4 weeks I am still waiting. The machine sits on my kitchen counter taking up space for the last 3 months with no hope whatsoever.
Avoid Rotimatic – Terrible Customer Service and Refund Experience
I placed my order at the end of December after being promised a delivery date of 15th February. Unfortunately, the product was never delivered on the promised date.
After multiple follow-ups and receiving little to no response from customer support, I decided to cancel my order. Even the cancellation process took almost a month because of their unresponsive customer service.
To make matters worse, I was told my refund would be processed within 21 days. That never happened. I ended up sending more than 50 follow-up emails just to chase my own money, with almost no meaningful communication from the company.
Eventually, I was so frustrated by the complete lack of support that I had no option but to initiate a chargeback through my bank to recover my payment.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. Poor communication, broken promises, and an unacceptable refund process. Don't waste your hard-earned money. I strongly recommend avoiding Rotimatic.

This doe not deserve a single star. I place an order for parts, the ususal delivery time they say is 3-4 weeks in Australia. It's been 2 months and still have not received my parts yet, I have sent them so many email but they never respond. Full of crap. Now my Rotimatic is stitting there taking up space, doing nothing. I tried to sell it but without part, nobody wants to buy it. I have been telling my friends not to purchase it as the customer service is Shiiiiittt... Bloody rediculous.

I don't know if I can make rotis without using oil, or the regular blocking of flour tunnel, and then many other issues. it's a toy machine built by a high schooler, it's not high quality and no customer support.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. The quality sucks, the product frequently breaks down right out of the box. The Facebook group moderator either blocks or deletes genuine product feedback. The customer support is frustratingly in adept. The sales team and the customer support have no coordination. The packaging is horrendously inadequate since the new unit was scratched out of box. Refund took 6 months. The list goes on and on.

Could not manage to delivery an order placed in January this year. Never go for this company as an advice from myside. People should take some legal action against this company.
