My wife ordered a bed from them and after two delays we cancelled the order. We've yet to receive a refund many, many weeks later. I've obviously had to order another bed as the kids can't sleep on the floor. I've initiated a small claim and reported their ads to google and meta as this isn't on.

Update : the company requested more details on here but haven't actually done anything with them or been in touch

Absoloutley disgusting customer care. I ordered a bed for my 3 year d back in September. With an 8-10 week wait!! I did wait, for them to keep fobbing me off so I told them to cancel the order and issue a refund in December. it took them weeks to change the status of my order. I am still waiting my refund! I email in as no contact phone number. They tell me admins have no way to sort out my problem they can't deal with it and will not give me any way of contacting anybody else to do so!

Absolute joke of a company! Ordered a mattress that never arrived and now still haven't received my refund despite being told it had been processed. Total sham of a company. Watchdog will be coming for you!!!

Awful company! I ordered a bed on the 1st of March 2024 YES it’s coming up to our anniversary. No bed ever came, no did the promised refund. I’ve spoken to this company soo many times, I’ve also contacted the company director of TCFC who took my money. He also fed me the same old lies. Please please do not use this company! You will not receive anything and that includes a refund. I’m now on my 34th email without a reply. The people involved in this fraud need to take a long hard look in the mirror!

Do NOT use this company. Totally fraudulent. The positive reviews are made by employees. Ordered a bed, fed lies about the delivery time no bed ever turned up and have lied about making a refund. Is sad to see they haven’t been shut down and can continue stealing from people (£604 in my case)

I have ordered a bed 11 weeks ago, with no response from this company. I have tried calling - no answer. I’ve sent emails - no reply and their voicemail is full. Please can someone contact me and either send the bed I’ve ordered or refund my money. Order number: 1010421

Ordered a bed with a lead time, and week of estimated delivery following my enquiry about estimated delivery dates was told there was a further delay. Due to the timescale I opted for a refund. Despite emailing to advise on more than one occasion (being told each time it was being escalated and to expect the refund within a few working days) no refund has materialised some 3 months later. Hugely disappointed in the non existent customer service.

Edited to add that reply sent to the below request with delayed response back from RTG vague and unhelpful. Refund issued through bank. AVOID!

I ordered a mattress on the 10th January - and nothing has turned up, it’s way over the delivery period advised. I have tired to get in contact with them 2 emails, the phone line doesn’t work and even tried on instagram. Reading the other reviews it looks like people are having a similar issue. I highly advise not to purchase from this company. If I could get in contact with someone I would ask for a refund or some clarification on when it is going to turn up. It’s really upsetting, they have taken money off me and my little boy doesn’t have a mattress for his bed.

I am editing my initial email as I wanted to reply to the response. It’s a generic response and I have received no contact and no email. I have put in a dispute with my bank. If you are a legitimate company please get back to my emails: order no. 1010623.

Wishing I’d seen these reviews before purchasing. Similar to other customers, we bought a lovely bunk bed a few years ago and had a positive experience. I am guessing the business has changed hands because our recent experience has been horrendous. We purchased a mid-sleeper bed November 2024 and a few weeks later were told the payments provider had changed and they advised us to cancel the order, seek a refund, and re-purchase. This should have been a red flag but we genuinely believed them. We have not received our money back from the initial order and it took until yesterday for the second order to be fulfilled. Partway through constructing the bed, we discovered one of the main pieces was faulty and missing all of the pre-drilled holes for assembly. Three emails, one online bot message, and several failed phone calls later and nobody has bothered to acknowledge this massive inconvenience. We are now looking at several bits of wood and bolts and instructions and our hands are completely tied.

We have previously bought a bed and no problems, and our boy loves it. We have ordered another high sleeper for our other son and till no sign after the time initially advised, nor any reply to emails and the phone line is not taking calls. We will cancel and seek a refund unless somebody can reassure us all is ok very soon. Reading the other 1 star reviews it seems we are not alone in this concern and it would be good to hear back please. ASAP. (Ordered by my wife Hannah Yarrow for your records).

Today (5/2/25) after many attempts for an update RTG have been in touch and say delivery 5 to 7 days. I'm glad we seem to be moving toward delivery and thanks for getting in touch. I look forward now to receiving the bed. Many thanks.

I ordered bedroom furniture over a month ago with a delivery estimate of 5–10 days, but I’ve received nothing. After emailing, I got an apology and was told the supplier had delays, pushing delivery to late January. While I understand delays happen, they should be communicated. Since then, I’ve sent two more emails and tried calling (no answer) but have had no response. Based on other reviews, is this a scam? I wish I had checked before ordering—the website seemed reputable. If I don’t receive a reply or my order soon, I’ll be filing a credit card dispute.

Whenever I asked for my refund they send me the same email ,I am sure written for everyone else,can someone guide me where we need to report them and get over money back.

Do not buy from this company. No bed, no refund. The bed was ordered in the summer 24. Absolute fraud and a scam. I commend whoever the company is employing/asking to write 5* reviews for them. Put simply, AVOID AT ALL COST.

Ordered a bed in May with estimated dispatch 8 weeks. By December and no information on when it would arrive we cancelled. It’s now late January and still haven’t received a refund. Customer service say it’s not their problem because their accounts department is a third party provider. The phone number isn’t active and replies to emails are very sparse. Incredibly stressful experience. Please please please don’t use this company.

I ordered a bed on the 8th August, they couldn’t fulfil the delivery, finally agreed to refund the money on the 29th October after so much chasing…..and still no money at the end of January even though I am chasing weekly!

What a sham and a disgrace of a company!!!!

And they have no contact number that they answer to speak to someone!

EDIT: I still haven’t received the promised refund over two weeks later. Unable to get hold of them by phone. I gave them my details after this review and still nothing. Unacceptable.

Ordered a bed in October only to be told end of January (after much chasing) that there is a delay and they will refund me as requested.

They ignored many emails before I got a response from them. They don’t answer the phone and their voicemail is full. I will have to wait and see if I actually receive the refund, as others leaving a review here said theirs never came.

My mum and sister had positive experiences with this company 5 years ago but I have found them to be terrible. Not sure what’s happened but AVOID!

Awful experience DO NOT USE - I ordered a bed in September 2024 which did not meet its delivery as advertised! The delivery never came and there was no communication so I cancelled the delivery, they finally communicated and said they would refund! They refund has never been received! I am furious and will be going further with regards to this company!

We originally placed an order back in November 2024. There was a problem with Amazon Pay so Room to Grow stated if we were to reorder by a given date at the beginning of Dec delivery would be by Christmas. However, the company does not respond to emails or phone calls chasing a date. Buyer beware. We never received the bed and are now in dispute over the payment we made.

Do not use this company!!

I waited over 3 months for a single mattress but it never came so I cancelled the order. RTG then said my money has been refunded but unfortunately it never was.

I am now in the process of reporting this company to try and stop them doing this to more customers.
