Complete scam. Ordered and paid for bed and mattress in Jan 2025. Told it would be 12 weeks max. Telephone line either cuts off or says they are busy and to call back later. Sent 3 emails. No response. Sent 2 instragram messages requesting a refund. No response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Spent over £2500 on 3 beds and asked for a refund early April. I've been waiting since.
They tried to prevent the cancellation of the order by offering me a £50 voucher but evidently that was simply a technique to avoiding the refund. It's apparent the company cannot deliver on its orders, avoid avoid avoid.
The communication has been appalling, shame of you for taking advantage and still trading.

IT IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY Bought a bed in Dec, it hadn’t arrived by April, requested a refund, wasn’t processed, now ignoring emails. Needing to take legal action and report to trading standards.

EDITED to add - since the company replied to me, they have only sent me a generic email about refunds, for the 10th time. They haven’t provided any evidence of the refund they claim to have made or answered any of my requests for info. Absolutely shocking, I am STILL out of pocket almost £500, for over 1 year now. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered and paid almost £500 for a chest of drawers 1 year ago (1st May 2024). There was a long delay in the item being in stock and after several months, in November 2024, I asked for my order to be cancelled and to receive a refund.
I was contacted by Room to Grow to ask for my bank details as, when they tried to refund to the original debit card it wouldn’t go through as it had expired some months earlier. I provided my bank details and waited and waited. To this date I have still not received my refund. I have tried to contact Room to Grow on numerous occasions. They have sporadically replied to my emails to say the refund was processed to my original debit card. I have an email from them disproving this, they were unable to process the refund to my original debit card as it had expired. I have been in touch with my bank who have confirmed that no refund has been received. My bank has asked for the authorisation code from Room to Grow. We have had no response. Absolutely appalling. I consider this theft by this stage.

It is such a shame I didn't take the reviews seriously enough.

I ordered my sons bed on the 31st Jan, so I was expecting to receive the bed with 6-8 weeks as it says on their website.

Within this period I sent a number of emails, asking for a status updates. They informed me that the bed is within production and aim to receive it in March. I was comfortable with the explanation but this was the decline of trust.

I followed up with another email mid March, confirming if my order would be delivered in the promised time frame. To be told delivery will be towards the end of April, adding an additional 4 weeks. At this point I informed them this is not acceptable and requested a refund. Their policy is to return the funds to their customers within 14 days. Of course this did not happen, luckily I order via my credit card and they managed to get the refund on my behalf.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE read this review and do not bother ordering a bed from this company!

I ordered a bed for my son’s birthday, 10 weeks in advance of his birthday. With the site saying it would deliver in 4-6 weeks. 8 weeks go by and only after chasing do they tell me that it would “be a few more weeks” because of supply delays. I cancel the order and order a different bed from a different site, which arrives in 3 days (! Props to them for awesome customer service). Room to grow said they would refund me, as they have a 14 day refund policy post delivery anyway… yeah. It’s been over a month. They’ve now had my money in their account for 4 months. Their customer comms are awful.

A note to trust pilot - please investigate all of the false 5 star reviews that the company themselves are adding daily in an attempt to cancel out the huge volume of real 1 star reviews from customers who have been scammed by this illegally trading fraudulent company. I will not let this go… this company must be stopped from scamming more innocent people.

AVOID AT ALL COST, NOT TO BE TRUSTED AND REAL SCAMMERS
I ordered a bed and mattress early December, 3 months on and still nothing!
Every excuse given: customs, manufacture fault and shipping. All was a load of rubbish!
Requested for a refund and still nothing. This will now be taken to the court to ensure no more customers are fooled.

The owners spend more time making up false reviews then actually delivering goods to suppliers. Or even better, they should close the site down all together.

Companies house shows they trade under a different company which clearly is not a legit company!

Please check before you buy.

I ordered a bed and was informed the bed was discontinued. I was given the option to cancel and receive a refund. I never got the refund and they are refusing any responsibilities. I’m reporting this company to the trading standards. Please do not buy anything from this company.

Ordered a bed and mattress back in February. Delivery time stated as 3 to 5 weeks. Had to chase for confirmation that this would be delivered and promised it would arrive mid March. Actually delivered 01/04/25 but the bed had one wrong part and missing the caps to cover the bolts. Awaiting these to be rectified. Won't use this company again.

Unimpressed, ordered a bed for my daughter in November and still it hasn’t arrived. I chased over 3 weeks ago and was told 10-15 working days and when asking again after this time was told it’s still not arrived from Belgium and will be at least another 2 weeks. Poor service and communication.

An awful experience with this company. We have been waiting over 11 weeks for a bed for my daughter and it was due within 2-4 weeks. Communication has been poor with no answers about when I will receive my purchase. They are scammers and have not actioned my refund - do not buy from this company.

I cancelled the delivery of the bed I had ordered as delivery was delayed. They did not process my refund reqeust despite repeated attempts and assurances it would be refunded.

In the end I had to arrange a claim via my bank to get my money reimbursed. I would avoid using this company in the future.

Absolutely shocking. We placed an order that didn’t arrive. Only after threatening legal action were we promised a refund. We have still not been refunded. We have no option but to take legal advice

I bought a UNO High sleeper. Arrived no time with no issues. Quality Ok but for the price I expected better.

Absolute scammers DO NOT USE!
After months of waiting for our order, having to chase for updates because we were not advised of delays or lack of stock, we finally cancelled the order and requested a refund. We were told by email that the refund was being processed and could take 14 days (no
back up paperwork provided), after over a month we still have no refund, no paperwork to prove it was processed (despite asking for back up) and emails now being ignored. Having now seen other similar reviews we are contacting trading standards and our lawyers to progress.

I don't know how this fraudulent company are still operating. I've heard every excuse in the book from them. But they still owe us £649 for goods they never delivered over a year ago.

Appalling company. We ordered a bed for our Daughter back in September 24. It had not arrived by January and no sight of a delivery date so we cancelled the order. They accepted the cancellation and promised a refund that never came. In the end we escalated it to the bank to retrieve the money. Do not order from this company.

13/03 UPDATE Don’t be fooled by their response to these messages. No one has made any attempt to contact me and I still haven’t had a response to my last email sent in February.

Ordered a non bed item from this sham company so should have been an easy purchase. Only v slow email contact, phone never answered even though there is a number on website. Claimed item would be sent numerous times, never received. Then no refund received even when they said they had refunded. Had to dispute it via my bank. Do not use, you WILL lose your money (or wait months for the bank to refund it).
