Room to Grow Arvostelua 

I placed an order back in November 2024, I was informed there was a back order which I accepted. However since the communication has been sparse and usually forced through threats of small claims court or similar. It is now 7 months later with no bed and over 14 days since I requested my refund and yet to receive my money. I have little faith I'll get it back and be forced down the route of small claims.
Update: they say below they have tried to make contact, which is not true a I haven't received anything from then
Update 25/07: I've had to file a small claims court case against them to try and recoup my money

Do not use this company! I will be contacting Trading Standards on Monday as they have stolen my money… no product, no refund, no telephone number to contact them. What a sham of a company. I urge people not to spend any of your hard earned cash with them.

This is a scam, do not order from here. You notice that they have more negative reviews than positive, and the positive reviews comment on 'easy to use website' which is repetitive a line throughout the positive comments. Also they are now commenting on the negative reviews apparently saying that they will contact you - they leave these comments for effect, they do not come back to you. This is a scam please do not purchase form here. Go to their Instagram account, you cant leave comments on pictures etc - give it a try. Says everything, so disgusting.
Even the phone number and address on this trust pilot site is fake - try the contact number. It's not a number.

I had a very negative experience with Room to Grow. I cancelled my order due to an unreasonably long delivery lead time and was assured that my refund would be processed within 14 working days.

It’s now been over a month and I still haven’t received my money back. I’ve sent multiple emails chasing this up, but most have been completely ignored. The lack of communication and customer care is extremely frustrating.

I do not recommend this company. I’m now having to contact my bank to explore other ways of recovering the money they owe me. Very disappointed.

I didn't recievd refund neither the items I bought its been 2 months since my order

The company after many Manby email , replied men1 email saying it would be refund within 14 days, the 14 days also has passed and no refund neither they reply my message. The only think I can do now is bring the government to they attention as there are so many reviews here saying they have been scammed , they might so something?

Same as all the other negative reviews (the positive must be fake). Ordered bed months ago, given long lead time, told it was in production, chased and chased, offered a refund which has not materialised weeks later. Hopefully you read these reviews before you placed an order and given these scammers your money.

Come end of April no item or delivery date could be confirmed.

I cancelled my order.

A refund, I was told, would be made within 2 weeks.

It’s now nearly a month and no refund has been made.

We ordered our mattress in February on a 4 week lead time. By the end of April we still had not received our mattress has no update on delivery timeframes. We asked for a refurb as agreed with Room to Grow but are still waiting for this refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Ordered a rug over a week ago and no update since ordering. No delivery date given on product when ordered and not responded to 2 emails this week. Would like to know when rug will be delivered or if I need to ask for a refund, but can't get response.

This company is awful! We ordered a bed before Christmas and still had no update on delivery in March. After waiting so long we asked for a refund which they said they'd issue and would take 14 working days, we should have received this the end of April it's nearly the end of May still no sign of our refund our Emails are being ignored when we ask for an update yet we are still receiving emails for current offers. They'll happily take your money but don't want to give it back.

Same experience as many others about a cancelled order and no refund. Good news, I have a solution. Just dispute the charge with your bank, doesn’t matter if it’s not a credit card, and they’ll pay you back the money. They are well aware that this company is a sham. While you’re at it, report them to trading standards or consider small claims court

This company has taken our order (£508.95!!) and not fulfilled it so we had to cancel it after waiting for weeks with no real update as to if the bed would ever be delivered.

We then cancelled the order and it’s been nearly a month and no sign of a refund, despite us chasing.

We are now in the process of issuing a letter before action and starting a small claim.

Will have to issue against company director as well.

Such a shame, if they can’t fulfil the bed order at least issue your customers with a refund. Such a waste of time and how can you hold on to such a lot of money of someone’s!! It’s completely unethical

From my experience with them they do not seem to have any intention to fulfil orders or issue any refunds. Do not order from this company, the positive reviews are unlikely to be genuine as they are from unverified accounts with no review history.

Anyone who has been scammed should make a court claim against TCFC Retail Limited (company number 14684642).

After waiting months and not receiving a delivery date, I cancelled my order for a refund. The email advised that I would receive the money back in my account within 14 days. It has now been 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund. If you see this, you can search for the email I sent last night.

What a joke of a company! They have again replied on this site and asked for a reference number to pretend to everyone else they are sorting the issue…..they have had 30 emails, multiple reviews with reference numbers. Scam of a company, avoid at all costs!

I ordered a bed in March for my son but quickly realised it was not going to come in time. I contacted customer service who stated they would refund me within 20 days. I waited for the refund and still have not received it.
I have sent multiple emails and occasionally had a reply but no one has issued the refund. I was asked for proof of payment, which I provided promptly but still have not received anything back. Terrible customer service. I requested the refund 40 days ago.

I was told this has been escalated to management 7 days ago but still heard nothing, despite multiple emails.

As far as I can tell, this company never did intend to deliver the bed in the first place. I ordered and paid in Dec 2024, and had several curteous email exchanges explaining various delays, making me think this company was real. By April 2025, they had made half a dozen excuses, increasingly far fetched, and I realized I had been scammed. I see now they do not intend to refund my payment (despite my demands and their promising that the "accounts team" is looking into it), nor do they intend to deliver a bed. Very upset that not only have they stolen my money, but they have the guile to continue to respond to my emails "pretending" to care, though clearly they do not.

I ordered an £800 bed frame on 10th March with an estimated delivery of 10-15 working days. When I still hadn't heard anything 3 weeks later I sent them an email asking for an update, to which they replied that their warehouse had closed so all orders were on hold and they could not tell me when I might see the delivery (might have been nice to be informed of that without having to prompt them). I therefore asked for a full refund, which they agreed to on 4th April, stating it may take 14 working days to be refunded. 3 weeks later with no refund in sight I contact them again and get an email saying it will be escalated to their accounts team. Another week later and still no refund or any further contact, although I've tried emailing them once again.
I'd advise to stay clear of this company. Hopefully at some point I'll get my £800 back!

If there was zero stars I would have selected that. I ordered a high sleeper bed for my daughter it said deliver in 6 - 8 weeks. But got delayed few weeks for some reason then again they say it will still take 4 -6 weeks more or to cancel order. So we cancelled asked for refund which they keep saying it is processed by it hasn't come through till today nor they replying to email for 2weeks and they do not have a contact number so we can't talk to them. Seems fraud I see so many reviews like mine on there website. BE CAREFUL

Ordered an item for a birthday present was meant to be delivered working 3-5 days which was paid for. 11 days later was still waiting for item contacted company to be told it would be delivered within 7 more days so had to cancel order. Shocking customer service and personally will never use again if that's how they treat customers
