DO NOT USE COMPANY!!! Ordered bed and mattress which never arrived. Originally was able to get hold of customer services team who explained delay and offered refund. Since requesting refund I have never heard back from them with 3 weeks of chasing via all email accounts and social media! Genuinely now thinking the website is a scam based on a few other recent reviews. Having to get bank involved!

Do not buy through this company.. Bed did not turn up months after ordering.. Now attempting to get money back from credit card company, Room to grow falsely claiming bed was delivered.. even sending a picture of an assembled bed.. claiming it to be mine in a room that is not my house !! Con artists..

It's a scam stay away.
This is not an online seller and their intention is pure criminal not only you won't receive your order, you can say goodbye to your hard earned money as well. I ordered a bunker bed for my little girl over a month ago and nothing has happened yet, I have sent them emails asking for a refund they don't even answer and I have finally got my bank involved now. Stay away and don't say I didn't warn you, you're not dealing with real sellers but a criminal organisation.

SCAM SCAM SCAM - do not order from this website. I have been trying to get a refund on an order for over a year with no success. I don’t know how the website is still running. Do not waste your money.

In general I only like to leave positive reviews, but I had to write this one.
The company are shocking! Originally I ordered a children's rug and it was meant to be dispatched within a month, but that time past, so I reached out the company, who informed me that the warehouse it was being shipped from had closed and that there could be a further wait of another month. At this point I asked for a refund, as I was tired of waiting, and it had annoyed me that I had to reach out to them to get this update.
I was told my refund would take 14 working days.. one month later, and I have still not received my refund!
In the end, I had to escalate the case with PayPal.
Avoid this company!

This company is a scam, they take your order then keep saying the product is delayed then they say you can have a refund. Its been 4 weeks and I've not received a refund. They don't answer emails and there telephone goes straight to voicemail. DO NOT USE!!! All the other good reviews on here must be fake.

Sent a number of emails to this company for some spares after buying a couple of beds and have had zero response...there is also no number to get through to them...simply a voicemail saying email them. Very poor..

Placed an order for mattresses and was told I would take 2-4 weeks. After 5 weeks I contacted them and they said their warehouse was closed and they would reach out to customers on case by case basis!!!
Nothing happened for another 2 weeks so finally got in touch with the credit card company to get a refund.

FRAUD SITE! SCAM!

Wish I’d of read all these reviews before ordering…

Ordered over £1500 of loft bed and desk… emails saying out of stock delayed delivery… was chasing and chasing finally gave up and asked for a refund to which they said they have sent and blamed it on my bank. They did not send it! No refund, no bed!

Bank is now fighting the case.

Do not order from this company!!!

EXACT same ridiculous situation as others have posted. This is FRAUD and this unethical company needs to be shut down.

I have gotten my bank involved.

We also ordered a cabin bed for our son from in March and never received it. They kept sending us emails extending the delivery time finally we gave up waiting and cancelled the order but they NEVER ISSUED A REFUND AND WE ARE £900 OUT OF POCKET!
Communication with customer service before we cancelled the order was generally good but now they are ignoring all our emails.
After reading other reviews this is clearly a common story. DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY, ORDER ELSEWHERE!!!

I ordered a bed for my 10 year old daughter in January with a documented delivery time of 6-8 weeks.
I have still not received the bed.
No reply to any of my emails or contact on social media.
I have requested a refund, but this too has been ignored.

Ordered item 7 weeks ago. Their site said and still says delivery in 2-4 weeks. I chased and they said their would be a delay but wouldn't tell me by how much. I have asked for a refund and chased it and no response and no refund.

I placed my order 19 weeks ago and have still not received my order, was told the courier warehouse was temporarily closed. I have been emailing daily since 5th and not had a response. Previous responses was identical emails none of my further queries answered. Definitely would not use this company and will definitely be looking into further advice on how to get my money back

Please reply to my email on my new order - I can see from the reviews that someone has replied to a review. Yet I sent an email 5 hours ago and also there is no where to leave a message as the mail box is full.

As with everyone else, I have not received my order after waiting 10 weeks. There was no correspondence from the merchant until I chased them. They then told their warehouse had closed down and that they would try to sort the delivery within "the next few weeks". I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Unsurprisingly, I had no further contact from them.

Rather than wait for them to issue the refund, I went through the PayPal resolution centre and got the refund immediately. If you paid through PayPal (that includes by credit or debit card but through PayPal's payment management system), I would recommend doing the same.

If you are reading this and thinking about a purchase, all the below reviews are accurate. You will not receive what you order. Clearly this merchant is suffering horrific operational issues which it is keeping hidden from customers.

Like many others I was scammed by this company. Despite what they say you will not get a refund. They have no morals and don't care what your circumstances are. They are going into liquidation and will keep letting customers place orders till the process is complete. As much as this should be illegal there is a loop hole in the law that allows them to keep selling/ stealing from customers. I got a refund from my bank who were fully aware of these scam artists. I also reported to trading standards through the Citizens Advice Bureau. If anyone wants to take this further please let me know as I would love to see these scum bags be taken down!!!

Please can someone set up a Facebook group for all those involved with this scam, so we can get this sorted and stop other people from falling into this trap.

Ordered a bed in March 2025 with a 3-6 week wait time. After 8 weeks, no bed and no communication from RTG. When I contacted them they had many excuses (manufacturing, supply etc, as per other user experiences in these reviews) and offered me cancellation for full refund. Which I did. 30 days on and still no sign of refund although many dismissive and placatory emails. I have now raised a dispute through Mastercard, cannot deal with these fraudsters any longer. Sad, as I ordered through them a few years back and had positive experience.

I placed an order back in November 2024, I was informed there was a back order which I accepted. However since the communication has been sparse and usually forced through threats of small claims court or similar. It is now 7 months later with no bed and over 14 days since I requested my refund and yet to receive my money. I have little faith I'll get it back and be forced down the route of small claims.
Update: they say below they have tried to make contact, which is not true a I haven't received anything from then
Update 25/07: I've had to file a small claims court case against them to try and recoup my money
