Rome & Vatican card Arvostelua 

It is impossible to contact you.
It is impossible for us to get your card in Roma because we arrived at december 24, in the afternoon.
In your webmail site, it was said that we will get the card whitout coming in a special office in Rome.
So, too much for us.
Your commercial offer is simply not correct, simply not true

Purtroppo non ho la certezza di consigliare questa card. Sinceramente l'ho trovata una promozione a metà. Se ti danno una cosa, poi non ne hai un'altra e visto che il costo totale è molto alto, non sono rimasta contenta come pensavo.
Ad esempio, ai musei vaticani salti la fila ma ti paghi l'audioguida che costa ben 8 euro.
A San Pietro hai compresa l'audioguida ma ti fai la fila.
Poi c'è la possibilità di prendere i bus turistici, ma non tutti, solo alcuni e comunque con tutto il traffico che c'è più di una volta non si rifà sicuramente l'esperienza. I giri inoltre sono molto limitati, si vede ben poco e lo capisco anche visto la difficoltà a spostarsi per le strade. Consiglio di ammirare Roma a piedi il più possibile.
Credo che se tornassi indietro non comprerei la card.
Il mio voto è comunque sufficiente perché l'assistenza sia nel punto fisico in Piazza pio XII che tramite mail o per telefono è stata ottima. Tutti molto gentili e disponibili.

tuvieron deferencias mas allá de su labor, estoy muy agradecido.

Me parece un engaño, no avisan de que para los menores de edad no vale para nada ya que son gratis los museos, el vaticano no tienes ninguna diferencia con el resto de la gente mas que un autoguia. No lo recomiendo a nadie

Not clear advise , the card wasn't recognised at places ,tourists information couldn't tell me where to pick the cards up . Why send some qr codes but not the ones that are needed to gain entrance.

You should buy one by one. Our home is at heart of rome so we didnt use bus or train

This is false advertisement as there is no such thing as skip the line.
Couldn't book the Colosseum through the roma card so i had to pay for a tour separately
The only thing I managed to book with the omnia card was the vatican again due to things being booked up even tho like the Colosseum i could book separately through someone else
All in all this was useless and cost me more money in the long run

The Roma Card was easy to use and provided us the means to visit more distant sites, like Ostia Antica and Museo di Casal de’ Pazzi.
The staff as the Omnia storefront were very helpful.

The card works well, in fact it was the only way to gain access to the different places we wanted to visit, otherwise the entrances were sold out. That means you have to spend much more in purchasing the card as opposed to buying the tickets at a regular price in the official websites.

Once this point is accepted, I could give five starts because the attention of the lady who delivered the card to us at the Vatican office was fantastic. She cleared all our doubts and explained everything in a detailed and patient fashion, we found her amazing.

The reason for the four stars is because it would be much better to receive the card digitally. It would make the process simpler and also much more reliable. The timings to collect the card physically are a bit narrow, so you need to adapt to their timeframe.

Once you buy the card online if you follow the instructions you are able to book the visits (before collecting the card), it's a bit complex but if you follow the instructions it works well.

There is an option to receive it at home, but the system doesn't clarify how far in advance needs to the ordered, so we weren't sure we could request it.

In general we were happy with the card, but if you are planning in advance I would recommend checking the official website to get tickets at a more reasonable price.

It is a true that the card also includes the hop off-on buses but this wasn't a fantastic experience. It includes three different companies, but due to the traffic in Rome it wasn't easy to catch any of them without a long wait (another queue in Rome). Likewise the buses are a bit old and dirty, so it made the ride uncomfortable.

In any case, my main doubt was the reliability and in this regard it worked very well, I can recommend it.

La verdad es que tener la tarjeta en el vaticano no nos adelantó nada , es más para ver la Basilica tuvimos que hacer la cola normal.
Ventajas ninguna.
Solo se puede retirar en 2 direcciones nada más y queda una bastante lejos de la otra. Llegamos a la 1 dirección y nos dijeron que allí ese día no se podían retirar y tuvimos que desplazarnos al vaticano.
Para nosotros la diferencia de tener esta tarjeta no nos supuso nada.

There are not so many points to get your card when You bought it via internet, the schedules are too bad

Nous avons pris 4 Omnia Card 72h (donc doublée de la Roma Card) pour notre voyage à Rome début avril 2024, pour 2 adultes + 2 enfants (de plus de 10 ans).
Seul intérêt de la carte, avoir trouvé un créneau pour visiter le musée du Vatican (carte prise environ 1 mois avant notre départ).
Pour le reste, la carte n'a aucun intérêt, sauf à faire un don au Vatican (!), d'autant plus que tout est globalement confus, que l'on vous oriente sur des visites à relatif faible intérêt, et que de nombreuses visites que vous ferez certainement ne sont pas comprises dans la carte.
Après calcul, la carte nous a vraisemblablement coûté le double de ce que nous aurions payé individuellement.
L'accès à la basilique St Pierre est gratuit, la carte ne vous donne aucun accès coupe-file, et l'accès à la coupole de la basilique est payant (8 ou 10 €) sans réduction avec la carte.
L'accès au Panthéon coûte 5 €, pas de réduction avec la carte.
Si vous faites le Musée du Vatican et le Colisée + parc archéologique, il vous en coûtera environ 65 € par personne (35€ + 30 €).
La plupart des accès aux magnifiques églises de Rome sont gratuits (ça vaut effectivement peut-être le don !).
Pour autant beaucoup d'avis positifs sur des sites de voyage spécialisés qui vraisemblablement ont un intérêt à vanter les mérites de cette carte...
