Made a pre order (Fully paid) of a Charizard Ex box last January and up to now my order is not yet processed for shipping. So I wrote an email but got no answer after almost 10 days. When I visited their onlineshop today, Saw it is already available for Pickup at their Shop. Made an Paypal dispute and said it is not available yet in Australia but they could have explained their side with my inquiry before and yet not even a single hello was sent back as a reply. Beware for those going to order.

I’ve purchased multiple things this year and beside the times being long due to the companies like Funko taking pre-orders long in advance (which is not Rogues fault at all) everything has always shown up and with no faults whatsoever. I wish I could attach photos to prove my purchases. I enjoy buying from this store. I do already have pre-orders pending, and will be purchasing more in the future. This store is also sometimes the ONLY store in all of Australia to even stock overseas products.

I pre ordered months in advance for the One Piece Double Pack. Close to $500 only for them to cancel my order and only refund me .56 cents. They refuse to respond back to me. Stay away. I have the pictures that you only refunded 56 cents. Partial refund

Bought some figures online that had almost no indication of it being a preorder, except for a small bit of text in the description. Purchased in Febuary, ETA was for April, now it's the end of September and there has been zero updates. Feels like I just got scammed.

First time buying with these guys and am more than happy with the result. Pop vinyl came in mint condition with a protective case and came very quickly. I had been looking for this one (special edition) for a birthday present and was extremely happy that they had it and at an excellent price. I've been buying Funko and TCG products from Rogue Online ever since 2020 and have never had any issues with the service provided. Always packaging things with care and quick if I needed help with anything. Will always be buying in the future.
