I had a fault with my Rock-Ola bubbler jukebox and I approached the Games Room Company to see if they could resolve the issue. The GRC were upfront with potential costs (so no surprises). Paul from the GRC attended and was extremely knowledgable with all aspects of my machine. He not only fixed the main issue but also gave it a full service as well as welcome advice as to some of the functionality of the jukebox of which I was unaware. Highly recommended.

Avoid!! Ordered a pool table paid in full was told 4-6 weeks delivery that was start of February. Been told for the last 2 months it’s ready for delivery but still nothing. The person dealing with it is in a meeting, the directors on holiday, there trying to sort logistics just constant excuse after excuse. Phoned on Monday and someone was going to phone back in the afternoon still waiting!

9 months ago, the Company took over £8,500 off me , for a deposit on a pinball machine, telling me the delivery would be 10 weeks. When ever I ring to ask where the machine is, I am told they will get back to me. They never do ! And they ignore my request for my money back. I now have solicitors representing me .There service and communication skills are terrible. Do not use this company !

I ordered a pool table and it was due to take 4 weeks (it was in the showroom and just needed refurbishment). After 4 weeks I called and messaged - it's now been 8 weeks and I have had no messages or calls back despite me contacting them daily. Communication is dire. I have no product. I have had to dispute the charge on my credit card. Be very careful ordering from this company.

I visited the showroom back in August 2023, and decided on a Rock-ola jukebox which both looked and sounded amazing.
We paid our deposit, and were told it would be around 6 months lead time. We are now 2 years and 6 months later, and nothing has been received, nor is there any estimated timeline. Communication is extremely poor, with just fluff answers each time.

I bought a football table a year ago.I threatened legal action and it got mysteriously delivered before Christmas. They said nothing hoping I wouldn’t notice it is not the colours I ordered and had paid for. I wrote a review to reflect this. John called and sent messages saying it was his personal fault for ordering it incorrectly.
If I withdrew my review they would replace it last week in January and personally guarantee it. Obviously I have had as per usual no correspondence since then so I have instructed my lawyers to wind up this fraudulent company. It shouldn’t be allowed to trade and I will do my best to close them down.

I bought a AMI Continental Jukebox from this company. I am in the US they are in the UK. I must say that I am completely blown away by the quality of this piece and the sound is second to none. I know dealing with antiques that you expect to be good after a rebuild, this is far better than anything I could have imaged. What a piece, what a restoration truly amazing. Guys did an excellent job and should be proud of the work you did. I have run a family business that does very high end metalwork, glass and woodwork and have work all over the world, I understand quality and craftsmanship. What a delight listening to and looking at this very fine piece. I could not be happier! Thank you.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a pool table in November 2024!!! it still hasn’t been delivered. What’s made it even worse is the complete lack of proactive communication — I’ve had to chase repeatedly just to get basic updates.
For such a large and expensive purchase, I expected a far higher level of service and professionalism. Delays can happen, but keeping customers informed should be standard practice. The whole process has been frustrating, time-consuming, and stressful.
I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.
Had software problems with my Jukebox…
Had software problems with my Jukebox GR tried dialling in installing updates all of which didn’t work. A new hard drive was fitted, plus I had a problem with the volume in the end GR sent There engineer Mark (nice guy) who took away central control box this was returned to Rockola for the latest update and I am happy to say it’s now working again all of this about 10 months Alexander looked after me and to be fair I’m in the midlands area so you can imagine they’re being a logistics problem.

Having serious issues with a delivery…
Having serious issues with a delivery date - have contacted the team so many times and nobody is able to give me an ETA despite ordering a standard pool table. Would appreciate an escalation from management asap because I’m losing patience.
Rock-Ola Vinyl Bubbler jukebox
I’m delighted to have just taken delivery of a new Rock-Ola vinyl bubbler. And while it is a thing of beauty, the story of its journey from purchase to delivery is a story of two halves! For this reason it’s very difficult to give a true star rating. The past month or so has been quite exciting since I first learned that delivery of my long awaited juke box was
imminent. The care and attention I’ve received during this time and including delivery has been exemplary and I’d happily have given a 5star rating. But, that’s only half of the story as it now seems like a very long time since we first went to Virginia Water to see the Games Room and place an order. Communication since then regarding the progress of the order has been sporadic to say the least. For that part of the story I could probably only give them a 2 star rating.
Since the beginning of the year I’ve done some research into the history of the Games Room and the purchase of RockOla and I’ve also had many friendly conversations with the owner (who delivered my jukebox box personally!) He explained to me the financial issues he’s had since taking over Rock-Ola and I would be heartless not to have sympathy for him in what should have been a brilliant acquisition. It sounds like they’re turning a corner so hopefully their lead-time will start to reduce and the company can go from strength to strength. I can only wish them every success in the future, I think they deserve it.
These bespoke juke boxes are uniquely made in California, which is probably part of the reason for a long lead-time. I would suggest to any prospective buyer that if you’re in no great hurry to acquire one these beautiful juke boxes, then it’s worth the money and the wait!

A family member paid in full for a bumper car and has still not received it. Despite numerous promises and repeated assurances that delivery was imminent, no delivery date has ever been provided and nothing has been delivered.
Each time we have chased, we have been given excuses and delays, with no meaningful progress or resolution. It has now reached the point where confidence in this company’s willingness or ability to fulfil the order is extremely low.
What makes this even more concerning is that while failing to deliver items that have already been paid for, the company continues to advertise and offer other products for sale online.
We have now issued a formal deadline for a full refund. If this is not received, legal proceedings will be commenced without further notice.
Based on this experience, we would strongly warn others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.

Be very cautious about ordering an item from this company. We ordered a Rock-Ola juke box and arcade machine in May last year, paid our money in good faith with a delivery date of November.
To this date they are completely unable to give us any indication whatsoever when the Jukebox will arrive. I made a bit of a nuisance of myself last year and we did receive our arcade machine before Christmas, but this was a bolt on. My husband, for many sentimental reasons, cashed in his pension to buy the Jukebox and we are now doubting that we will ever see it.
I simply do not understand how a company can answer with ‘I’m waiting for an update’ from August through to February!! Especially when they claim to be owed by the same person that owns Rock-ola!
Some people seem to have had theirs, so I am hoping we will get ours, but it’s a massive amount of money and my husband has been losing sleep about it.
Read reviews about this company and its competitors before you hand over your money!! I foolishly was duped by a great salesperson!!
