Roche Bobois - San Diego - UTC Westfield Arvostelua 

We waited over six months for our Roche Dubois reclining sofa without much follow up from sales. We had to inquire each time on status of delivery date. Once the sofa was delivered, there was a slight rubbing noise, but their delivery man assured us the noise will disappear over time. To the contrary the rubbing sound got louder and louder every time we used the recliners. They sent a technician over after a week. He rubbed his hand with apparently a greasy glove between the leather and made some adjustments. The sound never completely disappear, but tolerable enough as the repairman was getting impatient to spend more time working on the sofa. After a few days of using the recliners, the noise returned. We emailed service and the sales agent who sold us the sofa, but have not heard from RD. If we had known their service is lacking, we would not had bought our sofa from Roche Dubois. This has been a big disappointment to say the least.
It looks like we may have to take them to court and ask for our money back.

I am in the process of making a thirty thousand dollar purchase from Roche-Bobois. My girlfriend has also purchased couches and chairs from Roche-Bobois. I have ordered a bed, bureau, coffee table and am thinking about purchasing rugs. I have tried ad nauseam to get in contact with the manager at the UTC San Diego Store. I would like to exchange the Queen bed I ordered and get a King instead. I still have not received the Queen, it is in the possession of Roche-Bobois. Mario, the manager is NOT giving us a clear answer as to what is happening. Has the King bed been ordered? What is the solution? NO ONE CALLS BACK. I called the UTC store and asked for Kristen and Mario, neither of which were there, and I asked for them to have the General Manager return my call and the store salesperson (get this!!!) told me that the General Manager does not speak with the public. WHAAAT?! I would like to know if the GM is Emmanuel Macron perhaps? Seriously?! Ughhhhh. Horrific customer service at the highest prices around. The French supposedly are about liberty, equality and fraternity…yeah right, not at Roche Bobois!
