Simple and Clear, thanks to Dimitris!
Dimitris was very helpful in showing us all sofa options and fabrics when we visited the Fulham Road branch of Roche Bobois recently.
The ordering and payment processes were clear and simple, and we were given full attention throughout.

Fantastic experience at Chelsea location
Mia was the sales person helping me throughout the process. We started with a phone call to the store where she was very helpful in helping me understand what options I had for the purchase of a dining table that I needed asap. She immediately offered to send me information via email which I received a few minutes after we hung up. That afternoon I stopped by the store and she was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She stayed passed the closing time to ensure that I was not rushed and I ended up buying my table which will be delivered in the next couple of weeks. She was fantastic!

Extraordinarily good service!
Not only do Roche Bobois offer an amazing product but the service is extraordinary. The trouble that Sala has gone to is noteworthy. He has really looked after me as I’ve dithered over my choices! I’m extremely confident that the end product, a wonderful Mahjong sofa, is going to be completely fabulous. Thank you, Sala. Liz xx
