QUALITY ISSUE RESOLVED
we purchased a robot which was promptly delivered bur the motors had a quality issue. Took photos and a explanation of the issue and messaged Robotshop.
The issue was quickly resolved by replacing the faulty parts. Thankyou

I bought a litter robot for 900EUR
I bought a litter robot for 900EUR. There is an issue with shipping. When I contact them to sort this out they were referring me to call DHL, despite the policy of DHL is only the sender needs to contact them. Even on the tracking it was saying the sender needs to contact us and provide more details. They are incompetent and don't even check what is the issue and waste your time. Neither to say this issue is still not resolved and I haven't receive anything.

Update: contacted the customer service to cancel the order and request refund. This time got response quickly and already got the refund.

Placed an order on 3/29/2023 and paid the shipping fee. We didn't get it delivered yet. The tracking status is always 'On the way'. They use what it calls Mail Innovations, which is a third-party delivery service. Really bad experience.

We are sorry to hear that your order was not delivered yet. The shipping option UPS Mail innovation is a low-cost shipping option with limited tracking information. Normally, the tracking information is updated within 4 to 6 business days of the order being shipped and packages are generally delivered within 2 weeks under normal circumstances. When you contacted us on 04/17/2023 we took action and entered a new order fo reship on 04/18/2023. Again we apologize for this delivery delay on behalf of UPS Mail Innovation.

First of all the delivery of the product was verry quick. It worked fine.
Sadly our cat could not get used to it. After 3 months trying we gave up. Luckely was the customer service friendly and offered is a complete reimbursement, altough the 3 months trial period had just expired . Many thanks to robotshop.com

Ware wurde an mich nicht zugesandt, wurde im Sortierzentrum an den Absender zurückgesendet. Nachdem ich dann storniert habe (nach der Nachricht von DHL) werden mir vom Kaufsumme die Rücksendegebühr abgezogen obwohl ich die Ware nie erhalten habe. Grenzt schon an Unverschämtheit
